Lousy customer service
Sent back an order of 2 ladies jackets which were poor quality.Lots of delaying tactics to recieve a refund,after 3 weeks asked I was asked for proof of return which after sending this was passed over to Debenhms [DBZ] The repeated messages from them now saying my refund was on its way.The return cycle took over a month before I got my money.
I would never use this company again or after a lifetime of use would I ever use Debenhams A shambles.

Do not purchase from this company
Do not purchase from this company. I sent an item back 3 weeks ago. They have confirmed they have received however I am still waiting for a refund. They are using a different excuse every time. I will be reporting to the ombudsman should I not hear back by today. If I were to return a parcel after 3 weeks it would be declined. It is not acceptable for this company to keep money and the item I have returned

REFUND NO YET RECEIVED 1 MONTH AFTER RETURN
The boots did not look or feel as I’d imagined from the photos so I returned on 8th July. I’ve contacted customer services several times and was told my refund had been processed on the 22nd but still haven’t received a refund it’s now 30th July. Having the same problem with another Debenhams purchase, I do not recommend shopping here.

What a great little company and the…
What a great little company and the only option I had to buy cowgirl boots during the summer. I bought them through Debenhams but they are an Ikrush product. The boots are super comfy, great quality and were a lot lighter tan colour instead of a more rust colour which was better for me. I wore them all night at a concert and they were amazing.
I would use this company again for sure.

Really bad transaction. I returned item via ikrush and returns system. I tracked on Royal Mail and it was received at Ikrush Glasgow office on 4th July. To date no acknowledgment or notification of when I will be refunded!!

Crap delivery
Paid £5 for UK next delivery that states if you order before 4pm you will receive your item next day. I ordered at 8:30am 3/7 to arrive 4/7 and when I go on the website and look at my order status it says it is still in process. What’s the point of even paying that much if you’re not even going to follow through with peoples order!! Now the event I needed them for is going to be ruined!

My shoes snapped in half. There is clearly a fault in the product as my friends did exactly the same. IKrush didn’t want to know even though they refunded my friend. Customer service let this product down as they are the most comfortable sandals ever

Shocking refund system I knew there was a charge for delivery but the return charge was quite a lot more so overall it was expensive
I am very disappointed with this company the return took ages and in the end I was charged so much for sending my item back their refund system is appalling. I was £7 00 out of pocket.
