SCAM - Book direct instead!!!!
Uses branding to think you are booking direct with ikos - but they aren't. They demand full payment upfront with none of the flexibility provided by IKOS. Price also works out more as they charge for the transfer.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. We are in the middle of investigating this company and will need to go to court as they are withholding our money for a cancelled holiday package of £3.5K. Despite their T&Cs state we are eligible for refund they now claim they have got “no funds left”. Have contacted our insurance company too.
Please avoid at all costs!!!
Travel agent name was Barbara Maddocks and a Catalina Pile is supposed to be dealing with our case. Please avoid at all costs!
