The download servers are a joke. Tested download speed on my pc: 5mb. Download speed IK: 110-500kb/s. I mean: K_I_L_O bit, like in the 90s! Retracing showed clearly that the bottleneck was neither my internet nor anything else in the later server chain. No answer from support team after 2 weeks now. Also the downloads stop after a while, so you have to litereally babysit the download. WTF?! So you cannot even download over night. A helltrip. It took me 2 weeks to download the sample tank 4 max content. Luckily i work from home so I could manage to stay for hours and regularly press pause/resume button manually. Next disappointment: Although installed, sampletron has been removed from the package. Not only that I would have loved to work with it, I downloaded in vain the 3gb or so which, due to the problem I described earlier, was a waste of my precious lifetime. Sample tank editor does also not show up although described when you google the package content. Contacting support? Never responded. The forum on their site? Got one stupid answer that did not help and then the topic had been closed. They could as well just show you the middle finger. NEVER buy from this company. They give a fark about their paying customers.
When i need you, to solve my issues, IK MULTIMEDIA were there, in very tecnichal matter.
The support team was very prompt and amazing in getting me my serial number. I got my Irigstream Pro (used) from a seller on ebay. Seller no longer has serial number to register the product and have access to additional bonus. I reached out to the support team and they were able to provide me with my serial number after sending them my proof of purchase and product picture. It was really seamless. Thanks to the support team.
I’m a big fan of their products, but their newest update to AmpliTube caused it to not work on my computer. I opened a support ticket, never received a reply, and a week later googled the issue and found a fix for it. Their update made their own presets cause an error so the application was unable to launch. Thanks IK.

This is the worst plugin experience I have had to date! And I will say that I have my fair share of experience when it comes to plugins, music making and computers.
The install manager is slow and unresponsive, inconsistent and outright non-compliant to the commands you give it!
Installs fail without warning or don't progress as intended, leaving the user with half-baked installations.
I have not been able to get saving and recalling presets to work yet even though I have had the Black Diamond installed on numerous systems.
I will not recommend purchasing from IK Multimedia. Even if you get paid to use their plugin it's a bad deal!

I'm no computer geek, I'm an old timer. I know little on how software works. I play and record material as a hobby. no pressure, no deadlines. I got a reply and follow ups and they worked with me no matter how annoying and frustrated I was. very patient staff.
The stock tones in the pedal were poor and the software to add additional tones is some of the worst I've ever used - it's like going back to the 90s. I tried to call IK Multimedia but they don't seem to offer telephone support.
