I have ordered from iHerb for years without any problems. However, my last two orders were returned (by the carrier, apparently!) and the money was refunded. There was no reason given for this, despite my requests for an explanation. I shall certainly not be ordering from them again.

I am very pleased with the ability to reorder my items. A real time saver. The delivery is very prompt, all the items come at one time and the expiration dates have always been very good. I check that, first thing. Prices are the best I've been able to get.

I love iHerb and have always been happy with their products and prices. However, I am disappointed that they use OnTrac for delivery. My experiences with this carrier have not been very positive, and many online reviews reflect similar concerns. While iHerb itself is great, I would prefer more reliable shipping options. I hope they consider offering alternative delivery services in the future.

Dear iHerb Management Team,
This is a formal complaint regarding order 944836885 and support ticket 16696153.
I want to make clear that this matter is not only about the order value. It is about accountability, misleading customer experience, and iHerb’s responsibility as the seller and shipper.
iHerb accepted my order for delivery to Siem Reap, Cambodia. iHerb then shipped the products in one package exceeding 3 kg. DHL Cambodia has informed me that because the shipment contains personal-use health products over 3 kg, it cannot be processed as a normal personal delivery. I am now being told I may need to travel to Phnom Penh in person, collect paperwork from DHL, and attend the airport cargo terminal myself for customs clearance.
This is not the delivery service I paid for.
iHerb advertises heavily in Cambodia and presents the shopping and delivery process as simple and convenient. If there are known weight, customs, or carrier limitations for Cambodia, then iHerb should warn customers clearly before purchase, split orders into compliant packages, or refuse orders that cannot be delivered normally.
Instead, iHerb accepted my payment, dispatched the order in a problematic way, and has left me waiting for around two weeks without a refund, replacement shipment, or final decision.
I am requesting a final written resolution within 48 hours:
1. A full refund, including shipping; or
2. A replacement shipment sent in smaller compliant packages to my address in Siem Reap.
I will not accept further vague replies that this is still “under review”. I have already waited long enough. If iHerb does not provide a clear resolution, I will escalate this matter through my payment provider and relevant consumer complaint channels, and I will continue documenting the experience publicly.
Please treat this as a formal complaint and escalate it to a manager with authority to resolve the case.

We already knew and loved this product from Switzerland, but ordering it from iHerb was an absolute pleasure. The website is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward.
What blew me away was the delivery speed: it arrived faster than many orders I place within Switzerland, where you sometimes have to wait a very long time. Extremely poor customer service. Horrible logistics! They use independent third party delivery, so the people delivering your order are WORSE than DOORDASH.
It beats me why companies continue using third party delivery companies. My order shows it's been out for delivery for 9 hours. I've received all my deliveries today, yet this one now shows there are weather delays preventing the delivery when there are no weather delays.
Companies should provide the customer with the option to select which carrier to use for his/her/their delivery. iHerb selects these random people opting to get paid pennies for delivering and order, and the customers end up frustrated and disappointed with their service and shot logistics.

All the time the package comes hot and boiling as if the courier have kept it in sun knowing that the temperateure can reach almost 50 degrees during the day and inside a car it will be more , all the time we ask for temperature controlled package but never once got it

iHerb usually has the best prices for the items I need. They provide great quality products from our USA. They are unbelievably fast on delivery. You order one day, and it’s delivered the next day or two at the most! Can’t beat that, especially if you run out of an item that you need right away.
