Today i placed an order with IGP for my mentor in Raibareli. It has been a horrible experience. Firstly they said, they will get it delivered in the assigned time slot which was 1pm - 5pm. When I asked them around 4:30, as the whole day was gone, they said like they will get it delivered by 6:00pm. And at 6:00pm they stopped responding at the chat and did not deliver the order. I did send them an email as well, but no helpful response apart from vendor talks! They don't even give us any alternative apart from chat to talk to them. Never ever buy from them, they are cheating, taking money and not delivering the things. Worst service ever!

Satisfactory experience, although prices of some items are at little higher side. However delivery was quick and smooth. Product was uproar the expectations.

Very poor customer servie and I have never expected this Orderd for delivery on 17 jan and they delivered on 13 Jan despite sending texts in whatsapp they least bothered and such a disgusting service that i ever seen.

I have been placing orders from Australia for my friends and families in different countries through IGP for over 3 years now, and I have never been disappointed with them. They consistently deliver on time, and the flowers are always beautiful . Just Yesterday, I sent flowers to my friend , and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks again IGP

I ordered a cake for my mother’s birthday with same-day delivery, trusting the service for an important occasion. Unfortunately, the delivery was marked as failed with the reason “mobile number not reachable,” without any genuine attempt to resolve the situation.

The delivery partner did not attempt to deliver the cake to the address, did not leave it at the doorstep, and no effort was made to contact me, the person who placed and paid for the order. I only received an email after the fact, with no proactive communication or solution offered.

When I contacted customer service, I was told this was handled by a third-party delivery partner and that no redelivery was possible. This response showed a complete lack of accountability and empathy, especially considering this was a birthday order. Outsourcing delivery does not remove responsibility for ensuring the service promised to customers is fulfilled.

This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Missing a birthday delivery due to poor coordination and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others against relying on this service for time-sensitive or emotionally important occasions.

My experience with IGP has been great. They deliver quality products on time, and the customization options are really good.

Cake was delicious and no doubt delivery and service was perfectly on time with care. I would really recommend igp for surprises and cakes to their dear ones.

We ordered a set of two mugs as an anniversary gift for a couple. IGP allows for personalization, so we decided to have the couple's names on each of the mugs along with their wedding date on each of the mugs. These idiots sent us two mugs with MRS on both of them! And it took no less than 8 phone calls with their customer care team, and 1 call with THEIR VENDOR to sort this issue out. Long story short, the gift was delayed by almost two days but the mugs are still not upto our expectations! Stay away from IGP if you value your peace of mind and your money!

I have ordered for a wedding anniversary cake cutting before end of the day, and I got promised it will be delivered before 11pm and I was keep on asking for updates for hrs and finally after 11 they say we will deliver it by 12. What kind of response it is. And when I asked to cancel and refund they said they will not refund or cancel the order. This is kind of cheats running online business with useless customer service. They could do other business to loot money.

After the above post, received call from igp escalation team and she is able to understand my concern and cancelled the order and received refund.

IGP customer service if your delivery partner unable or will not deliver the product atleast let the customer know prior so that we will be able to arrange alternates.

Really the product was amazing...my first order was excellent...so I ordered the second product ( secret santa )which was extremely good with a dpevial message of our choice and product delivery is on time ....extremely iam very happy and suggested my team...thank you ipg.
