ABSOLUTE FRAUD – Do not use if you are ordering from overseas!
I am beyond frustrated with the pathetic service from IGP. I ordered a cake for a special occasion to be delivered in India on 10/02. Not only did they fail to deliver on the requested date, but their excuse was completely nonsensical. They claimed they tried calling the recipient, and because the phone wasn't answered, they just... didn't deliver? Since when does a delivery person cancel an entire order just because a call didn't go through?
I expected them to rectify this the following day. Nothing. No cake arrived on the 11th either.
When I finally managed to get a response from their "customer support," they had the audacity to tell me the cake had been delivered. This is a blatant lie. The recipient has received absolutely nothing. It is a "ghost delivery"—they mark it as complete in their system just to close the ticket while keeping your money.
The issues:
Zero Accountability: They lie about delivery status to avoid refunds.
Horrible Communication: Getting a hold of a real human who can help is nearly impossible.
Overseas Trap: If you are ordering from outside India, they know you can't exactly show up at their office, so they feel comfortable stealing your money.
Save your money and your sanity. Use a reliable service like FNP or a local bakery instead. IGP is a scam masquerading as a gift service.

They delivered only some of the items and rhe customer support is amazing:
WhatsApp, after days of them not responding they asks for order id then closes the ticket immediately after they send the message.
Email, thats just a spam folder.
Social media, if you think their WhatsApp is bad give that a try and when they answer you in a year and prompty ignore you try not to be too surprised.
Horrible company that steals what they can while ignoring you like a pro.
Then come back with a "resolution" of 10% off on my next order, so to make up for their stuff up they want me to pay them to do it again.
And when they weren't happy that I wasnt happy about that they deleted my comments and blocked me on Instagram the only place you one day get an answer from when you leave a bad review.

I ordered gifts for my wife, and it has now been two days past the promised delivery date with no delivery in sight.
Despite repeatedly following up on their WhatsApp support number, the order remains undelivered. My order number is 11203482ZDt.
What’s more frustrating is that customer support appears to be fully automated. They keep sending the same “proof of delivery” image with a vague line marked on it and ask me to check with neighbors. I have clearly requested — at least five times — that they call the recipient directly, yet no one has made a single attempt to contact her.
This has been stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable, especially when the order was meant to be a gift.
I expected better communication and accountability.

This is my second review for IGP.com because my first one achieved nothing.
Important warning: IGP contacted me only after seeing my negative review on Trustpilot. Don’t be fooled — the emails are purely for show. They reply to look like they’re fixing the issue, but nothing actually gets done.
I was contacted by Swalin Mulaskar and Aashitoush Amar Wadhwa, who promised a redelivery by 17th February before 5:00 PM. That deadline passed. No delivery. No update.
Facts only:
• Marked Delivered when nothing was delivered
• No Proof of Delivery
• Contact only after public review
• Redelivery promise broken
This was a Valentine’s Day gift. The moment is gone. The service is dishonest and unreliable.

we had many issues with this order, as the first-time delivery boy declined to deliver the order, and he has cancelled the order.
In the time again, the delivery boy didn't pick up the phone and wasn't ready to deliver it.
As this order was on the occasion of Valentine's Day, I don't want to ask to redeliver the same order again.
I will request that you please refund the amount to the same bank account that was used for the order.
I am expecting from you that I will receive the refund amount as soon as possible.
I have attempted to reach out via phone, WhatsApp, and email, but I have yet to receive a response.
It appears that communication has stopped now that the payment has been collected.
It is unethical to withhold a refund when the IGP team is unable to deliver the promised service.
Customers should not have to take multiple follow-ups just to recover their own hard-earned money.

Wrong product delivered. Spent more than one hour with customer service on WhatsApp and no resolution provided. Finally they just stopped responding. I'm stuck with wrong products delivered. Initially they kept insisting they had delivered correct product. Later they acknowledged the mistake and kept offering 10%, 20% discount for future purchases.

My order was confirmed and delivery time was set to 11am till 6pm(*#17582748*).
At 16:26 I received a message that its out for delivery and was showing 30mins away. No update till 9pm. I tried reaching support no response. Then delivery guy told on call that he will deliver by 10pm. Later it was delivered around 11pm. Until then no response from support on chat. Later i get a response that they checked and found that item was already delivered. No explanation on delay or why they did not respond timely. Dont expect any support and dont expect timely delivery..

I had a very disappointing experience with IGP.
I placed a birthday gift order on 28 January 2026 with a confirmed delivery date of 14 February 2026, Order id 17383495 but the order was never delivered.
After I followed up, they rescheduled delivery to 15 February, and later falsely claimed that a delivery attempt was made and that I didn’t answer their call — I never received any call or missed call.
When I requested a refund, instead of returning the money to my original payment method, they forced me to accept a wallet refund with a 90-day expiry, which is completely unfair and unacceptable.
This shows poor service, lack of accountability, and no respect for customers’ money or occasions. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from IGP, especially for important dates.
Very disappointed.

Good service and good selection, however, for 11usd for 5 roses, they were slightly wilted (browning petals), not what I expect at that price. Fresh, good quality flowers are a must.

Extremely poor service. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I ordered a cake and a bouquet for my friend’s birthday, but what was delivered was completely different from what I paid for. I sent both photos and a video clearly showing the difference, so they can see that it does not match my order. Despite this, they refuse to take responsibility.
I asked for a refund, but they avoid answering my questions properly and seem to be trying to avoid paying me back. Very unprofessional behavior. I will never order from this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a gift for friend generally igp are good delivering and I generally order 2-3 times a month but recently there has been a lot of problems they are delivering some and leaving out the others the recent experience being with order number 17559765 unless the one who received let the one who ordered know you will never know if some products are missing this has happened twice with me now and I am one of the select customer never ever ordering from this site again
Also they handed over the order to someone else not to the person I have sent to no more words 😅

Horrible extremely horrible service. I ordered a bouquet for valentines and was instead given a cheap wrong bouquet. Upon reaching out to support, they didn’t respond and when they finally did they only offered me store credit that too worth 20% of the original value. I had to finaly file a grievance against them in the national consumer helpline portal. Nonsense. Wasted my money with these idiots

In my last complaint I had updated details of the horrible service provided by igp . On 19 th of January 2026,I had ordered for a personalised cushion along with flowers . The cushion had some lighting effect. Eventually a defective piece was delivered. I have made repeated complaints, sent videos and photos to their customer support. But nothing helped. Eventually when I shared my complaint 2 days back on trust pilot , the decided to deliver flowers instead of the cushion, and today I received a misleading email stating that the cushion was delivered.
I am just amazed looking at their mismanagement!
Horrible customer service!
They just randomly send things of their choice and we as customers land up paying for their incompetence.

Despite repeated attempts to contact customer support, I have received only automated responses with no meaningful assistance or confirmation from a human representative. For a prepaid, time-sensitive order related to Valentine’s Day, this level of non-responsiveness is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
The app indicates that delivery will be on time; however, the absence of proper communication raises serious concerns about service reliability. Customers who place orders well in advance do so in good faith, trusting that commitments made by the company will be honored.
If the order is not delivered as promised, or if there is any failure in service without prior intimation, I will be compelled to escalate this matter formally through appropriate consumer protection channels and dispute mechanisms.
