I ordered what appeared to be two beautiful and elegant drssses, for a cost of almost $500 total. Don’t make the same mistake. The product does not match the pictures on the website and the material is so incredibly cheap that I wouldn’t pay even $25 if I had seen the dress in the store. Customer service basically blew off my concerns and refused to offer a refund.
I ordered a custom wedding dress in white, and what they sent was see-through. They told me that was "normal" and to get a slip and refused to do anything about it. I'm not wearing a sheer wedding dress. Shame on IGIGI, I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. I charged back.
