DNA data security is not given…
The analysis takes too long and there is no guarantee that my DNA data's are safe, I got this information to late about the safety of my DNA information from a different DNA analysis provider. This doesn't feel good at all.

Thanks for your feedback. The complete process of DNA analysis and (quality) checks takes an average of 4 to 6 weeks. At iGene, the DNA data is safe and the profiles are provided with an anonymous tube code. Personal data and DNA data are processed strictly separately throughout the whole process. There is simply no way to link them from a technical perspective. Furthermore, we do not share DNA data with third parties. In short, iGene is fully equipped to have your DNA tested in a safe and anonymous way. If you have any further questions, please send an email to info@igene.eu.
I now understand why....
I now understand why there are certain issues in our family. I was aware but needed confirmation and iGene gave me that. The app is a good instructive tool also you can carry the information with you at all times on your phone.
