Account Locked and No Proper Customer Support
I opened an account with iFOREX to do trading normally, but suddenly my account was locked because of a taxpayer/account verification issue. I did not intentionally choose any wrong option, and no proper warning or help was provided before locking the account.
I have already contacted customer support through WhatsApp, email, and live chat multiple times, but nobody is giving a clear response or proper solution. My funds are stuck and I cannot access my trading account.
This experience has been very stressful and disappointing. A financial platform should support customers properly instead of ignoring them after deposits are made.
I request iFOREX to review my account fairly, unlock it, and provide proper customer support immediately.

Regardless of whether the financial results are positive or negative at the time of investment, Iforex provides all the support anyone could need, from education and financial assistance to an excellent platform and, above all, excellent agents—or at least in my case, the latter providing me with all the knowledge, guidance, and respect I needed.
