Awesome Support

Woah, the service here is fantastic!
I have a super premium plan, and I've had no issues so far. I have contacted support, and that is what got me the most. They are quick to reply, and the staff really do help you out for things. Honestly, I've never seen a better provider than this. Keep up the great work iFastNet!

I've been with iFast hosting for over 4 years for my travel website based at India and they've consistently delivered excellent services and top-notch technical support. Their reliability and expert assistance have been invaluable for my online projects. If you're looking for a reliable hosting provider, I highly recommend iFast.

We are sorry you feel like our service is a scam, I can assure you that it is not, iFastNet offers very generousness inode limits with premium hosting, almost one million per account! This is equal or more than most shared hosting providers.

In our communications with this client, we did kindly explain that a script was malfunctioning and making folders 1 - 9, with folders inside each numbered, folder again more folders numbered 1 - 9, repeating over making a giant 'tree' of numbered folders within folder.

These folders totalled over 3/4 million folders (inodes), we did offer to clean up these empty unused folders to resolve the issue,this offer was not accepted. I believe the client may have incorrectly believed this huge tree of empty folder were a genuine part of the website and so we failed to reach an agreement and refunded the clients payment.

We do strive to provide a fantastic service and customer experience but unfortunately not all of the time we can 100% satisfy every client and I hope this explanation offers some insight into the cause of this low review.

Literally the best hosting service…

Literally the best hosting service provider I've ever used. Cost efficient, fast, had near 0 downtime. And when things went wrong, mainly due to my fault - i am well versed IT wise but not an expert - the support team was incredibly helpful. Definitely recommend.

I don't give 6 stars because there are only 5. Cpanel is very complete in all services, even the cheapest ones. The quality-price ratio is incomparable. But the best of all is the technical service, which responds with speed and unmatched efficiency. Extremely recommended. Congratulations.
