Great communication, lower price than anyone else and very fast delivery! If my experience was typical I honestly don't understand the negative reviews here.

This is the third time using ifancyone and, again, a smooth transaction with no trauma.

Bought two boxes of coils costing £26.98 from aspire-uk.net (not to be confused with other reputable suppliers of similar name) “powered by ifancyone.com” (whatever that means). Arrived OK with an attached card from ‘ifancyone’ though Paypal payment was taken from aspire-uk.net. Obviously these two outlets are either connected or one & the same (both having the same postal address). As I changed tanks the coils were surplus to requirement so, as instructed by ‘ifancyone’, I sent them back unopened, unused & with a cover note by registered mail within the 2 week “unwanted items or if you change your mind” period, as stated on the site, for a refund. That was over two months ago & after phone calls & emails to both outlets I am still shy of nearly £27! After my experience I would advise that you think twice before using either of these companies. If all goes well good on you but if there’s a problem their after sales service is non-existent!

Placed a multiple order for various items via there online store. Order arrived a few days later which was fine. The only problem was that some of the items were not included in the parcel and i had no communication from the company informing me that they were out of stock or that they would follow later or that i would get a part refund. I have raised several tickets with them asking to explain where the missing items are and when i can expect them but so far have heard nothing. I will now have to take this up with PayPal for a refund.

Avoid this company there are lots of other excellent vendors out there

I bought a vape pen from ifancyone Tamworth and have always shoped there I will not buy from them again as I bought a vape pen and it dose not hold its charge they said I does not matter how much you paid we only give 30 days guarantee and asked me to leave.
Beware of them there are much cheaper on line like eBay more than 70% cheaper also if your in Tamworth there is a vape shop in Wilnecote next to corals book makers opp the eBay shop.
I have spoke with them and they give 12 mths guarantee
Also I have heard bad comments about the vape people getting saw chests

This was my first and last order with this company! I ordered a IPV Mini 2 and although they were very fast to deliver my item the disappointment comes from the item itself as the LCD Display was covered in scratches, a couple of them quite deep... so this as obviously been previously used. My guess is that it was ordered by someone else who used it for a while and then sent it back after some use and the company re-sold it again as new when it obviously isn't, as new items wouldn't have any scratches on it. I can only hope it actually works as my batteries have not arrived yet to enable me to test it.

DISAPPOINTED! - If I didn't need it I would send it back!
