I have been a customer of If Insurance for over six years, insuring two cars. Recently, I relocated within the same city, and to my surprise, my monthly premium skyrocketed from 617 DKK to 950 DKK. Perplexed by this substantial increase, I reached out to If Insurance for clarification.

Upon contacting them, I was informed that I could choose another insurance option. However, the alternative offered did not align with my expectations, and the rationale behind the significant price hike remained unclear. I reside in the relatively small community of 7280 Sdr. Felding, where approximately 1400 people live. Despite the change in street within the same locality, I am now faced with an additional cost of 4000 DKK annually.

Regrettably, this experience has left me dissatisfied, prompting me to explore alternative insurance providers. The lack of transparency regarding the premium increase, coupled with the limited options presented, has led me to reconsider my commitment to If Insurance. I would caution others to carefully assess their insurance needs and thoroughly inquire about potential changes in premiums, especially after address adjustments, before choosing If Insurance as their provider.

I had a very good conversation with Victoria L. who helped me to understand better types of insurance that I needed and prepared a really good package to address my needs.
I plan to keep contact with her to move to If my dog insurance next year.
What I wanted to mention separately, it was a pleasure to talk to Victoria as I had some unpleasant experiences with other insurance companies where people could be too direct or even rude.

My bike got stolen and the case was handled and approved very fast within few hours. I didn't even have to call anyone. I just filled the forms on the police website and then on the if.dk site and attached the receipts.

I would not normally rave about an insurance company, but this one gets top marks! Helpful, good service, and most importantly, we were not only covered, but discovered that our insurance covered way more than we expected. Our car broke down whilst travelling overseas, we were covered for roadside help, 2 nights accommodation, flights home, taxis, trains, excess baggage and even extra bags and suitcases we needed! Also covered was a return flight, hotel etc to retrieve the car after it was fixed.
Great service, highly recommended!

I had a very good experience with this company. My daughter got sick during our vacation to Brazil, and she needed to be in the hospital for a week. We got all the support needed during her stay in the hospital. It was just a bit hard to contact them the first time (about 30 min waiting on the phone), but as soon we got through, everything went smoothly. Thank you!

Amazing customer support, the best and effective employees . I recommend 100 % this company , I might be a little bit expensive but no question asked in case of damage or other problems. FANTASTIC !!!
