This company doesn’t treat customers well

My experience with Idealderm was disappointing in terms of transparency and customer communication.

After placing an order (€74.92) to Switzerland, I was charged an additional CHF 21.90 in customs clearance fees, which were not mentioned during the purchase process or on the shipping page.

When I contacted customer service, the response did not address the lack of disclosure and instead stated that it is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves.

The tone of the communication was dismissive, and no effort was made to resolve the issue or offer a goodwill gesture.

I would have expected clearer information upfront and a more constructive response.

Please note that shipments to Switzerland **may incur customs and import fees**. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to reimburse them.

We cannot list this information on our website, as there are also cases where no customs fees apply.

We find your review rather inappropriate in this context, as any customs fees must be clarified directly with the Swiss customs authorities and **are not related to our company**.

I’ve been buying from this company for…

I’ve been buying from this company for a few years now. I order maybe once or twice a year, and it’s always been fine. Delivery is usually quick and the products are good for the price. No major issues so far.

Scammers

I am starting to believe this is a scam site. I made an order on December 20 and still I have no order. On December 30 I received an automatic email stating my order should have arrived a few days ago. No such thing happened. I did not receive anything, I am yet to even get a tracking number for my order. I emailed them asking for clarification a week ago and still have no response from them. I sent another email today again and will likely seek for ways to get a refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will never buy from them again.

Very bad customer service.

Very bad customer service.
I’ve been till the 21th of December trying to contact with them , no answers to emails not possible on the phone spite I let a msg…and not only that, they say the delivery will take place in February.. while in the webpage they say as much 6 days…
I’ll wait one more day and in case I have no answer I’ll cancel my order and take my money back.
It has been my first time in this site, but for sure it will be the last, if they don’t give me an answer.
I don’t recommend it.

Worst customer service i received.

Worst customer service i received.
No answer at any of The channels available. I called and as i dont speak german she Hunt up The phone.
I placed The order in december 30th, at this time The order is not procesed and no information from them.
I just CANCELL and bought at Amazon.

NO product- Rude service

I ordered a peel from them, and really liked it. So, I ordered 4 more. They never arrived. When I complained they told me to check the postoffice.
When the product returned to them- after a long wait, they said they would usually charge me to send it again because they had sent it to the wrong address, but I know they had the correct one, as this was a repeat order. I opened a dispute in PayPal. I ordered months ago and have still not received a refund. The emails they sent have been very rude.

Top service

As before I can omly say that the products are the best I have ever used. I have tried several now and am happy with all of them. Also the customer service is so professional which you unfortunately do not get everywhere.

A real company with a working product

I bought a pyruvic peel from this company to sample their products. The product actually matched the description and was delivered on time without damage. I have used their peeling 2 times and can already see a noticeable positive effect.
