I bought 2 cyberbot titans £1300 each and they initially said it will take 5-10 days to arrive however this was not the case. I emailed 5 days later asking for tracking number and they soon replied saying it was out of stock it and would have to be produced in china which would take 20-30 days. I needed this scooter in the summer holidays and I ordered it 1 month prior so it can arrive at the right time, I agreed to it thinking it would arrive but I emailed 23 days later asking if it had been shipped they then said their factory has been busy “producing a new scooter” so it would take even long and offered a refund I took the refund and it messed up my whole summer as I was planning on riding them in my summer break and now I can’t do that as another scooter would take 2 weeks to arrive.
My second issue was contacting the company as I tried their phone and it wouldn’t go through. I then messaged on the site and had no reply after 1 week so I emailed of yahoo and on their site it said “ we replay within hours not days” this is entirely not true as I would wait around 4-5 days just to get a simple reply from them I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone as it ruined my whole summer.
They have refund the order fully which they should as I have waited a long time for an order I haven’t received

This is the most fraudulent company out there lying about shipping times and selling damaged goods. If you do purchase expect to wait 2 months and in the event you receive a damaged item expect to foot a £200 bill to return back to china...what a disaster...stay away from these fraudsters
