Always a good service, right answers and never a problem

The team have Excellent product knowledge, are always courteous and are very customer focussed.

The standard of onsite works and documentation is also always to a very good standard and I would not hesitate in recommending ICS to my contacts and colleagues.

Very hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs despite the short notice.

I would recommend ICS to others. ICS have some very helpful staff members, who will go that little bit further then others. Any problems that we have occurred are dealt with as quickly as possible, once you get hold of the correct person. We have experienced issues with the out of hours number when we had a break down but our local friendly contact was able to sort it out and speed things along. When engineers have said that a part will arrive then it usually arrives when they say that it is going to.

Having one point of contact definitely helps when satisfying the process cooling demands of our customers. Solving breakdown issues are a major part of what our company is about and having a supplier willing and more importantly able to pull up a few trees when needed, is a definite plus.

Whether it’s been planned or reactive needs for any piece of HVAC equipment any where in the country the hire team have been able to get us what’s needed for the situation within hours.

Had a call out from a customer on a Saturday, with a failed process water chiller. Phoned ICS who responded promptly and professionally, and attended site as requested on the following Monday morning.

Very good response to the issues we were having. Service level was excellent.

We always receive a high level of service and quick turnaround on all hire quotations regardless of the complexity of the enquiry. The equipment is always delivered as agreed and performs as required.

The technical support service provided is also very good when needed.
