I recently utilized Iconic Auctioneers to sell my late fathers 1958 Classic Car at Silverstone Classic Car Auction. he had owned it for close to 60 years and it held massive sentimental attachment for me. I dealt with Charles Smalley as direct contact and he supported me throughout the whole process start to finish. The payment structure was very clear and included a number of aspects that other auction houses charge for. We discussed possible value, and they achieved in excess of that figure.
I could not be happier with the whole process, the communication was exceptional, and I learnt more about the car as we progressed towards the auction itself. It was a truly emotional journey for me personally and I am delighted to say how easy the process was right up an including the final monies paid to my account.
If I could give 6 stars I would, thank you Charles and the whole team at Iconic Auctioneers.

Ive modified my review as despite encountering a highly unusual and difficult post auction situation with inconsistencies of engine and chassis numbers vs DVLA records, that Iconic Auctioneers were very professional in bringing the situation to a reasonable conclusion for all parties involved.

Charles Smalley was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Iconic went above and beyond to sell my item. Incredibly professional. Would highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, meticulous and professional, a great help and efficient from start to finish. My motorbikes were researched thoroughly and existing provenance added to constructively and realistically. Iconics were helpful and constructive throughout and made the auction experience pleasurable.

Excellent organisation, all staff were friendly, helpful and very professional. There was a really great atmosphere and the auctioneer was great. He set a good pace, gave people time to consider and had good humour throughout. The events manager ( sorry did not get her name) was also extremely helpful to us through the two days, we would highly recommend this event

Telephone bidding was very efficient and good. Auction staff were very helpful in processing the sale transaction.

Mark, Karen and Libby as a team with consultant Godin were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I asked for extra photos snd they arrived promptly, I asked questions and the team were always available to answer factually and honestly.

I watched the Iconic Motorcycle Auction on YouTube as I was selling a bike in the auction. Having been warned by my wife not to buy anything, I spotted a French Moped that I rode in Paris over fifty years ago and made an internet bid. A sales consultant telephoned me at home and I continued to bid by phone. Having won the bid the process was very straightforward and a few days later the bike was sitting in my garage.

I felt very well looked after as a seller, and very happy with what I bought.

I attended the auction for the purchase of item number 540 a Levis motorcycle, I own Levis Motorcycles Ltd. I lodged in at 11.00am and checked I was able to bid. To confirm this I bid on the Yamaha YDS7 and having did this on my computer the bid came on the auctioneer screen, I won the bid. Then number 540 came up and I made my bid before the Auctioneer hit his hammer on the desk, NOT having looked on his screen. My Barrister and the head of ABC media was here looking at my time on the internet. We were waiting to go out for lunch immediately after I won the auction, which I had. I went to pick the Yamaha up the following day being Sunday. I presented the letter from the owner of ABC media to Mark Bryan and then Maria Costello, that said the owner of you company will be in touch, this has no happened. I have now gone to my London Barrister to take this up and ABC media will be going public within two weeks.
