Getting the right icon that meets their psychosociological needs and provides a sense of hope is essential. We upgraded our plan, then upgraded again, the team was super responsive and personal, nice touch. Love the product thank you!

I've been using Iconfinder for a while…
I've been using Iconfinder for a while now and it's really valuable for the price. Your credits roll over and after a while you have more than you need. The images are of great quality and abundant. You can even choose different image sizes to download. And the customer service is excellent.

Bad experience
Unfortunately, my experience was bad, I purchased an unlimited plan for a month and they blocked my account because I downloaded too many so the unlimited plan turns out to be limited after all and no clear indication for that.

As we already talked and resolved this issue at customer support 2 days ago, I have given you access to continue downloading and also gave you an explanation of why the limitation on your downloads happened.
The Unlimited subscription on Iconfinder is a convenient solution for customers who don't want to worry about download counters. The subscription is unlimited as long as it is used reasonably. This means downloading icons that you need right now, for current projects. It is not designed for downloading a very large amount of icons to create your own local icon collection or to use for future projects. This is mentioned in our Terms of service, under the section called "Subscription plans": https://support.iconfinder.com/en/articles/18227-terms-of-service.
So, when we see a large amount of icons being downloaded in a very short period of time, we apply rate limiting. This is to avoid scraping of content from our website. In your case, the limiting happened because you made more than 1800 downloads in only 1 day.
We know we should communicate this more clearly before purchasing. We also know that it is faster and more convenient to download entire sets from which you only need a few items, instead of only those items. Additionally, as you explained in our conversation at support, your use of the icons sounds very reasonable.
Therefore, as I have already mentioned it in our private conversation at Support, I have restored your ability to make downloads. We apologise for this negative surprise and for creating an inconvenience for you. I have seen that you have continued downloading the icons that you need, so I assume that the problem has been solved and that you can go on with your work.
I'd like to add that the Unlimited subscription has become a legacy plan (from the start of August 2021). This means that we will not be supporting this plan anymore, but customers who are on it can keep it for as long as they keep the subscription active. If you decide to cancel, you can then choose from the other subscription plans on Iconfinder.
The reason for discontinuing it, as you can relate, was that it created problems for us and negative experiences for a few customers. We care about giving a good service, without this sort of frictions, and also about protecting designers' work as they entrust it to Iconfinder.
