Horrible experience. Ordered lenses on Sept 28 for an event on October 25. Website and customer service stated shipping would be 6-12 days, so plenty of time.
Oct 20 the items had not been delivered (23 days post-shipping) and tracking stopped Oct 15, I contacted customer service gor help. They assured me the delivery would be here on time.
Oct 25 (day of event) no items and no updates. I asked for a refund, provided proof the items were not delivered, and that the items are of no use at this point.
The company keeps stating the items will arrive (shipping still has not moved since Oct 15). But they are useless now.
I have no product and they are refusing to provide refund.
Update- refund provided after I posted my original review.

Super Comfortable lenses for long days at cosplay conventions or shoots! Had no issues at all wearing them all day plus getting them in was a breeze aswell! Usually I have issues but nothing at all with these.

Ok first off, I LOVEEE my contacts!!! I’m a cosplayer so I’ve used at least a hundred contacts from a decade of cosplaying and these are by far the highest quality. They go on so well, only one second and they pop right in. I can’t feel them at all and the Colors are so vibrant on my dark brown eyes so it’s a huge plus! Not to mention you can use them for a year’s time!? Worth every penny. I felt so much cuter in them. I got 3 pairs and I love them all so much. Thank you so much for your precious attention to quality !

I love these iCoice contacts! The colors are gorgeous and really enhance my eyes without looking fake. They’re super comfortable to wear all day and don’t dry out like some other brands. Definitely worth it—I’ll be trying more shades soon!

Love the quality! One of my fave contact lenses to this day and the ones I got the most compliments for, too. They’re very comfy even if you wear them the whole day! Also the packaging and everything is absolutely great!

the contacts arrived perfectly on time , not only was the quality of the lenses itself amazing but they feel extremely comfortable in my eyes and caused zero issues with irritation whatsoever even though my eyes are regularly sensitive , not only that the packaging itself was entirely ecofriendly and i love once brands genuinely care not only for their customers but for the environment , 10/10 overall

I’ve used several of their contacts multiple times for cosplay. They’ve been one of the most comfortable brands I have used. My eyes can get irritated easily from contacts so it’s nice to have found a brand that feels like they are not even there!!! Highly recommend

I’m OBSESSED with Icoice contact lenses, they are the best ones I’ve ever owned. So easy to put in & the extensive range of colours & styles they offer is incredible. The packaging is gorgeous & you can tell a lot of thought went into every inch of this product, from the lenses themselves, to the little animal themed pots you store them in; I just love them so much! Can’t wait to own more 😍 highly recommend to anyone! 🖤🖤🖤
