Its a Very good ice cream and the boss is very friendly

The worst online shopping experience I ever had.

I ordered a screen for my car at the 15th of December for Christmas, which they said on their website would be possible with 6-9 days of delivery. It wasn't even packaged at the sub-supplier until the 5th of January, at which the 14 days of cancellation is up. This is when they decided to send me the "faktura", before even sending the package.

I had to contact customer support three times, and through email correspondence none of my concerns were ever addressed. I kept asking about when it could be sent, if I could have any compensation or updates on my package, or why my questions were being ignored.
Instead they kept sending me basic copy and paste responses on how it could take a few days for the supplier to send the package when the radio is purchased, and literally flat out ignored every single question or concern that I had in my email.

Still haven't gotten my package until this day, and I am now looking to cancel the order somehow and buy it elsewhere.

Would absolutely never recommend anyone to buy from this company, unless you're looking for trouble.

Low Chinese quality at a high price!Very unsatisfied whit the product. I will never buy it again, and dont recommend to anyone.

Sent 2 emails to cancel my order since i found a cheaper price on another site. No replies from them. Got my product today and now i have to return it.

Worst bloody Company I have ever tried to shop from, after 14 weeks and still no delivery, just blaming their sub suppliers for the delay I finally canceled my order. Their support just delayed 2 weeks at the time and I believe that was to stop me from canceling my order. If they don’t have better planning than 2 w ahead, they ought to replace there purchase department. Finally, as some sort of compensation their support guy offered 10% discount when other companies with just 3-4 weeks delay give you up to 50%. So, my recommendation don’t ever do any business with them.
