The service is great. Iam not a tech guy so if i had someone to speak to on a phone it would b better for me. This is just my opinion

Excellent service for activation and shipping. Ive got a problem of shipping, didnt receive my box and the status was "delivered". They offered an excellent and quick service.

Great technical support.
It took a few days to get the package running on the box, but the technical support team was great at helping me with every step and answering all my questions.

What could have started off as a bad experience very quickly turned around....The original box they sent me kept freezing so I couldn’t actually use it or program anything. After a few emails wih Amanda we agreed the box was defective and I sent it back (at my cost, this was the only real irritation...) once they had Confirmed i had sent it they gladly Sent me the new box which works great!! As promised. Time to cancel my Câble...and a big thank you to Amanda for being understanding and walking me through every step.
