My recent purchase from Ican Wheels was truly a 5 star experience. Oddly it began with a problem with my initial order! When I placed my order the wheel set I was purchasing sold out during the online transaction. I was notified by email promptly by a very helpful customer service representative named Peggy. Peggy was quick to respond to my every question regarding what options were available to replace the item that was no longer available. She sent me several options that were equivalent in performance and price and offered a $20 refund to offset the small increase in price from the original item. She was able to quickly answer every technical question I had regarding the wheels that she recommended. This correspondence was all through emails and every query was answered promptly (usually within minutes). There were approximately 25 exchanges by the time my questions were answered and the wrinkles of the purchase were ironed out. I cannot say enough about the high level of customer service that Peggy supplied, not to mention her patience in supplying me with numerous answers. The shipping on the wheels was incredibly fast and the tracking number Ican supplied was active from the day they shipped. I ordered late on a Thursday night which means almost noon time Friday in China. The wheels were on my doorstep when I got home from work on the following Wednesday! Less than four working days from placing the order! The wheels were very well packed, the box was in perfect shape and suffered no visible distress on its journey.
The wheels are gorgeous to see in person. The layup of carbon fiber is visually stunning. There are no flaws, visible voids, and no bumps or bulges in the resin, the quality is consistent on the interior and exterior. The drillings are clean, aligned and burr free. The build quality of the wheels is spot on. The bladed spokes were all aligned perfectly in the proper orientation. Both wheels spin true and have no hop or wobble. I had no issues mounting a pair of foldable 25s on the wheels. I would say 90 percent by hand, the final last 10 percent of bead required a single tire lever to pop the final section of bead over the lip of the rim. I did install tubes for better roadside serviceability in case of a flat but I see no reason that going tubeless would be a problem. Tubeless valve stems were included along with rim tape, skewers and brake pads. The rim tape is different than I have used previously but seems to stay in place and hasn't shown signs of problems as of yet. The brake pads fit my Shimano rim brakes perfectly. I have encountered no squeal or howl during any braking operation, perfectly quiet. I have not noticed any significant difference in braking performance from standard pads on aluminum hoops. I have not had the chance to do any high speed downhill braking or panic stops so that remains to be evaluated. The skewers are very light weight and even feature a cutout in the lever. They seem to work well and operate as I would expect. I cannot comment on their durability as of yet. As for wheel performance, my perception is that they spin up fast, the single word I would use to sum them up is "snappy". The rear hub is louder than some but I don't find it to be objectionable. The pawls lock up quickly when asked to and release is the same. This is my first experience with an aero-wheel and my observation may be anecdotal but they seem to offer the benefit that wheels of this style claim, that is, they do feel as though there is a marked decrease in rolling resistance, spin up quicker, and require less effort to keep them spinning. It is hard to quantify just how much but they do feel different. If you are interested in carbon wheels Ican should be given very serious consideration. I had a very positive experience in every aspect of the transaction.

My girlfriend and I both bought the time trial frameset and we are very impressed with the excellent quality of construction and the thoughtful design. The aero bars and stem are very integrated and look great with the rest of the bike. The design is very aerodynamic and the ride quality is wonderful. Also, I am thankful for the very good customer service (Peggy). In summary, our experience with ICAN could not have been better.

Great communication, fast shipping, a quality product. I haven't ridden the ICAN G24 wheels yet, but they look very good.

Peggy was exceptional. The website only offered complete wheel sets even though i only needed a rear wheel for a crash replacement. Peggy issued a refund and also honored the crash replacement discount. Great, prompt professional service.

Im pretty fussy. Had some concerns about the frame (an s3), but customer support was good (once i was able to explain my concerns) and assisted with the issues. Email replies were always within 24 hours.
Support staff's English was great (I'm assuming they were Chinese, which is where the company is based).

Hi everyone, today I get Icanwheels rims for my pinarello prince, it looks beautiful, the ratchet sounds great with 72 points engagement, tomorrow i will buy the tubes and hopefully everything will fit perfect in my bike and after I will find the right moment to test this ones , here in NJ we ha be a cold weather, the delivery was fast and on time, all you guys out there this is a good price for this alpha disc rims

My experience with my new set of carbon wheels from ICAN wheels has been awesome!! You can’t find a better quality set of carbon wheels for the price anywhere, and the customer service is top notch!! If you’re on the fence over spending more money for a set of quality carbon wheels, your best option is to try ICAN wheels, ask for Peggy, she’ll lead you in the right direction, these carbon wheels are light and perform better than my set of 3000 dollar mavic ssc high profile carbon wheels, that came with my Orbea Orca Gold, road bike! These carbon wheels just seem faster and more responsive at higher speeds, than my more expensive wheels!! Just ask for Peggy at ICAN wheels, for a great experience! Very satisfied customer!! The fact that they have US stock and shipping and taxes are included was a nice touch. You can find light weight carbon wheels but you aren't going to find many at this price point. The wheels came true with tubeless tape and valves. They were within the weight range advertised and the hubs are of acceptable quality but not premium. On initial rides they feel smooth rolling and don't get knocked around by crosswinds as badly as some other 50s I've ridden. The light weight makes for good acceleration and the depth makes for good speed on the flats. Very pleased so far.

Over the years I have bought several Ican wheelsets or individual wheels. All of them have been excellent quality. Also the customer service/support I have received has been excellent. Highly recommend.

I received my wheels in 4 days, haven't fitted them yet as I'm waiting on tubeless tyres.
This will be my first time with carbon wheels and tubeless tyres.
I'm not a club rider and mainly commute by bike, I usually do between 140kms to 160kms weekly so I'm looking forward to really trying these out.
Have heard so many great stories about Ican and if the wheels a work out I think one of their frames will be next.

Bought a pair of ican fl40 carbon wheels , they arrived in 3 days (Australia) and I’m very impressed with the wheels and how fast I got them . I would definitely buy off ican again .

I have place an order of 38 mm carbon wheelsets on 4th January 2021 and till today I have not received any updates on my parcel. I m not pleased on the above service.

I also sent out a follow up email on the above at perryicanwheels.com until now there is no response.

Nice wheels, light and strong. Going from another set of more expensive carbon wheels to these, I actually dropped over an ounce of weight, though these wheels are 15mm larger.
