Love my new picture!
I love the picture that I ordered and it looks wonderful on the wall! I appreciated the careful packaging as I have received other pictures from other providers that did not pack the picture as well and I had small dents or scrapes on the frame because of it. This picture and the frame looked better in person with the vibrant colors and beautiful scene. I will order from iCanvas again!

Excellent customer service
I ordered something to be sent as a gift, but didn't see a place for a note to be added. I emailed customer support, and someone responded in a timely manner and made sure a note got put in with the package so the person I was sending it to knew who it was from. I'm very impressed; excellent product, ordering process and customer service. Thank you to Rosalio in customer service. She should get a reward of some kind.

I first ordered four mini prints
I first ordered four mini prints. That did not work.
One has to realize that if the motif is tiny and is repeated across the canvas, it will look crowded and confusing. A larger size helps.
I returned them and bought two bigger prints.
Much better. The print is beautiful and flawless as far as I can tell.
I had to pay to return the first shipment, but it was my fault I did not order the right size.
If you order several prints at the same time, don't expect to receive them all at the same time.
