Very generous solution for out of stock item
A few days after making an online payment, it turned out that the product was no longer available. iBood then made a more than generous financial offer, which allowed me to order from another supplier. I have never experienced such extensive customer friendliness. This is an online company with real and honest people. I hope your business continues in this way and may exist for a long time.

Bad aftersales service
I ordered a blender on December 25, 2023. It was delivered on December 30th with the glass jar shattered. Obviously, iBood didn't see it for to place a fragile sticker on the box.
I complained about it on said day(January 30th) and my emails were ignored. I eventually called and was guided on how to complain about the defective product.
This was done along with submitted video and photo showing that the glass was indeed shattered. I was told by their agent that once return the broken product and they get a notification of this, a new one would be sent out. Almost a month later, I received an email from iBood that they are unable to fix the blender. Even Stevie Wonder would see that a shattered glass could not be fixed. Why didn't they try to source the blender jar from Philips? After all, I did call Philips' customer support and was told they DO HAVE IT IN stock.
When I pointed out that it was obvious from my submitted video and photo that it could not be fixed, the response from iBood's Alec was, "Yeah sorry for that! Have a good one."
A lackadaisical response and an indicator of the poor customer service/aftersales service offered by iBood.
