Delivery time delays
We ordered binders from the website. The website said it is available and in stock. The general delivery time was 6 days in the confirmation email.
After that, I received another email where they said the delivery comes one week after. I called them one week after, and they said next Monday they deliver it.
The next Monday we called them again, they said next Monday...Hope we will get the product... There is no tracking option...

Nice products, but not fast to delivery.

Low battery?
I received my product that was supposed to include a battery, which it did.
The only problem was that the battery died within a half hour.
Even though it might not be just iBob's fault, I do believe they hould make sure the products they sell live up to a certain level of standard.
