Beautiful Villa and location right next to the beach, be sure to get your groceries before hand or on the way to the Villa, nothing nearby, would have been nice to have been told about nearby building works, but to be honest i would imagine they will be finished 2025, so 2026 it will be fine

we had a wonderful time in casa redonda. the house is great value for money.

The house manager is the plus of the property. always nice and available to adress any requests or little problems might arise.

We are looking forward to get back and enjoy another summer in the property.

Fabulous stay at Ibiza Haus. Our third in three years. Will be back again next year. The setting is perfect with the sun across the pool from dawn to dusk and those views. Susannah who looks after you is just brilliant.

This was our third visit to @Casa Playa, La Joya via @Ibiza-Haus.
Despite only sleeping six people, this is an exceptionally spacious villa, and I don’t think there is a better location anywhere on the island. If you know anywhere else where you can walk out your back gate onto the beach, let me know!!
The top terrace has loads of room to dine and relax, it’s air conditioned throughout, and there are loads of different places to sit in sun or shade. My own favourite is the bbq corner!
It’s always very clean and quiet, and we love a coffee and brandy at the beach bar in the evening. It has all the facilities you need.

This was our second time returning to Ibiza Haus for finding and renting a home on the island. Both of our experiences were flawless. Our stay - between Cala Tarida and Saint Josep - met and exceeded expectations based on the detailed photos and description. Coordination with Ibiza Haus as well as a service technician that came out was smooth, fast, and practical. We clearly see this team has many years of experience. The price to value ratio is excellent compared to many much larger and impersonal large commercial booking websites that aren't physically present on the island. We hope to return soon. Most highly recommended.

Fantastic experience booking with Ibiza Haus. We had a lovely stay in Can Morna II (Casa Formentera) with our family (6 people). The villa itself was beautiful and had one of the best views we had seen on the Island. Arno was quick to answer any questions and Suzanna and her team who sorted our check-in where fantastic. We will be booking again.

We had a very special and memorable month in Ibiza and were delighted with Can Xixu as our base. The pool area is beautiful, highly sociable and great for kids. Bedrooms are big, dark and very well spaced out, so we did not disturb each other. Great service from Ibiza house, who were super responsive. And special shout out to the amazing cleaning and gardening team. It's also in a fabulous part of the Island - Santa Gertrudis is nearby with everything you need from grocery, to independent delis, restaurants and interiors shops. Very chic!

Arno and team were fantastic. They kept us informed throughout the rental process and the villa was exactly as advised and pictured in their website. I would highly recommend ibiza Haus.

Honestly - everything was more or less above our wildest expectations. We - 3 families /14 persons, had a great, wonderful and unforgettable time at Casa Cigala.

We booked it very last minute due to cancelation of our previously booked house with another company/shop - 3 days before arrival..

Arno was extremely patient and helpful with us and replied very quickly on all our queries. We had the pleasure meeting him while we arrived, a very modest and friendly person.

Casa Cigala...a beautiful designed and well maintained property, existing out of a lovely pool-house (1BR), a guesthouse (2BR) with rooftop and the main building (3BR) with 2 rooftops....
All bed rooms had bathrooms inside and only one bedroom the bathroom was next door.
Outrageous breath taking rooftops with lounge-beds and shadow screens all over. Not even mentioned the superb views on the sea form the main-house roof top.
And the poolside with Bali cabana/cabin with the pool-house, separate toilets and fridge (!).. We spent hours/days here. Kids worshipped it...parents as well.

During our stay, cleaners come in to change towels and fresh-up the bathrooms. Also the pool guys and fishing pond guy pop by, just to make sure all is and stays well maintained.

I can go on for quite a while like this, but I recommend you to stay there.., relax, enjoy, reenergize and breathing in all what is offered and around you and don't forget to go to the beaches next to property (5-10 min walk).

Ibiza House renting is very comfortable and easy in handling. The offers of fincas is amazing. The Team around Ibiza Haus is great and every time reachable if you have any questions.

We had a very satisfying experience with Ibiza Haus, the house was great, "loyal" to the pictures on the web, and when a big storm hit one night, the cleaners were there first thing in the morning to provide assistance

First, arranging this rental through Ibiza Haus was really easy. We really appreciated the help from the Ibiza Haus team and their advices with Ibiza secrets. The villa was perfect located, very tidy and quite unique to us.
