I purchased 2 pairs of ear buds and neither pair connected properly. I contacted i7pro LTD who send a returns form to send them back with an option for a refund. Despite chasing them for months I have not received a penny back.

Dreadful; rubbish earbuds. Returned, proof of postage and arrival. Still fighting for a refund 8 weeks later. Avoid!

I received a faulty pair of earbuds. One didn’t work. I eventually got a code that worked to order a free pair as a replacement. This was done on 25th April.... over 6 weeks ago. No email to confirm dispatch.
Total scam. I want my money refunded

I have never received my order despite contacting customer support several times. Really disappointed. A 10 year child saved up pocket money for airbuds and they have never arrived.

They have still not be received 4 weeks later!! No respond to my emails and the phone line is always engaged!! Please stay away from this company!!

One earbud did not hold charge for more than a few minutes. Really poor service where asking for a refund. Link that was eventually sent did not work. Still waiting for a response after emailing again.

Haven’t received my headphones yet, I’ve emailed but they only email me to get a review.

There good on size but they don't hold there charge for the amount of time that was advertised

Happy with these airbuds, they take about an hour to fully charge with approx. 5 hours of continuous use before charging again. Arrived within 4/5 days so far so good.

Amazing my daughter was really happy with her birthday present

The head phones arrived very promptly, but within a week the right ear phone did not work. Emailed to complain but never head any thing back. Very poor

DO NOT BUY! A cheap imitation, sadly they are not fit for purpose, you can only listen vi 1 earbud. Furthermore the sound quality and volume is poor. I should have known-buy cheap, buy twice.

Issue with the first set so I was sent a replacement free of charge and with no hassle what so ever. Very good costumer service, and replacement works perfect.

Sounds is brilliant fit in ears perfect for running no problems at all delivery took bit longer with this virus that was all 12 days but not a bad word to say happy with what I got for the price

Ordered 23rd April and email states 2-4 days yet still not here. No reason as to why they’re delayed or that they were going to be.
