Was trying everywhere to get the right size flat ducting complete with all connections. No one sold them where I could walk in and buy . Very glad to find yourselves and all parts I needed but obviously had to wait. Delivered as promised and fitted perfectly. Thank you. I had a fan making horrible noise and decided to contact the supplier, because it was only 6 months old.
Ted from customer service was fantastic and sent me a free courier link to post back to them and within a few days a brand new replacement fan arrived at my door, such a great service and speedy response.
