I have their box for about 2 years, there is no problem with product and most of problems I see are not related to box, you need to understand there are risks involved and car might show check engine/limp, my other car has similiar box for 4 years no problem. The company however is sketchy, no information given about company or product, manuals or quick start guides are non existant. Its best to avoid tunning boxes altogether, especially company like iRemap,italian speed etc, which are all the same basically

Unit work well for around three months than low fuel pressure code keep coming on tried to get InTouch and no reply get you money and never reply again

It arrived the next day.
No instructions, I managed to obtain some from a Facebook group.
I spent six hours, dismantling the van, to get to the fuel rail plug.
The plug could not be removed.
So I can't fit the product.
I have no use for the product, and wish to return.
This is where the fun starts. You can only contact them by WhatsApp. They don't even read your posts.
I'm lumbered with a product that I don't want, and can't return it.
I'm contacting PayPal, to get a refund

Bought iremap device specifically for my car arrived device that didn't worked and make a mess (I was assisted by very knowledgeable engineer) so needed a lot of time and money to revert the problems. The car cannot start and the eror lights are like Christmas three. I asked for refund but no answer. I initiated paypal case and they said sent the device back and we will refund the money but they don't want to answer the courier or just placed fake address and alredy DPD lost my parcel from this mess so I never received my money back and nobody answer my messages. If you looking for magic upgrade this company will not fulfill it. They will respond only via WhatsApp and will respond until you buy something. Unbelievable and this is happening in EU..

Incorrect part delivered and won't answer phone calls or even reply to my messages. This guy is a scammer
