Monika and the team have handled for me the entire mortgage application process (and beyond that) helping me understand local rules and regulations associated with application for a mortgage loan, property purchase, and property registration process form the very begining until the very last stage of property purchase process, when the ownership of the property was transferred to me. Always very approachable, helpful with any question a first time buyer in a foreing country, like myself had. I was given a number of options to choose the application from, favourable interest rates thanks to Monika's contacts with their partners at banks, advice and assistance when it came to a need of a supplementary loan, asistance with insuring the property, preparation of all required documents, and most of that without a need of leaving my home, as their impressively professional portal allows you to go through the entire mortgage process online, without leaving your home, and without paying a single cent for that!! This is a young, professional, very dynamicly growing team, which I believe based on the experience I had with them, will go places and will build a well respected brand soon with a service like that. I would highly reccomend Hypomo to anybody.
