Helpful staff
I had ordered a sample tile which didn't arrive so I phoned Hyperion. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I am expecting my sample tile later this month as it is out of stock. I was sent an image of the tile which has helped in choosing colours for the rest of my shower room. I found the staff at Hyperion very helpful.

The best company ever
I can’t recommend Hyperion highly enough – they are simply the best on the market! From the very beginning, they helped me choose the perfect tiles for my new bathroom and were always available to answer questions, even during weekends. The team was incredibly supportive and went the extra mile for us: when the tile of our dreams turned out to be over budget, they kindly offered us a discount so we could still make it work.
What impressed me even more was their aftercare. They helped organise the return of unused items and processed a refund quickly and smoothly, which made the whole experience stress-free. Hyperion is professional, customer-focused, and truly cares about delivering the best service. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for future projects!
