My experience with Hyperion has been really good. I have had great help from mentors, the entire team is very friendly, responsive and they also ensure that things are done in a hassle free way, which makes everything all the more smooth. The are big on helping and always ensuring that I get the best I possibly can from them.

Its truely been an amazing experience, and its been a privilege to study under committed people.

I love how the program has expanded my mind and skills through different versions of coding and programming. The teacher/lectures have been amazing taking so much time helping resolve complex tasks but explain them in the simplest and best fashion a student can ask for. I’m currently completing the HyperionDev online Software Engineering Bootcamp, and it’s been an excellent experience. The program is practical and well-structured, with mentors who provide quick feedback and let you correct your mistakes, which really helps you learn. I’ve gained valuable skills in Python, Django, Git, and software development principles, and I feel much more confident in my coding abilities. I highly recommend HyperionDev for anyone looking to grow their technical skills.

I really enjoyed this bootcamp! The content was detailed and easy to follow, and the instructors were always helpful whenever I had questions. As a beginner, I learned a lot and feel much more confident now with the material.

The bootcamp (Digital Marketing) was well explained, very easy to adapt and learn from! The HyperionDev Team were very supportive, and optimistic - making me feel like I can reach many possibilities in my near future. They also helped with my career path!

I am currently busy with the Data Science Bootcamp from Hyperiondev. It has been a challenging but life changing experience. The course content is practical and relevant. There is mentor support throughout to assist with tasks. I'm almost done and look forward to the career support I'll receive for 3 months post completion. I'd recommend this Bootcamp for career changers like me, or anyone trying to break into a data career.

I did the Data Science course and as an Accountant this was an enlightening and challenging experience.
The course was intense but a rewarding.

I signed up and completed their 'Software Engineering' bootcamp. There is no instructor, no video or audio content, and very little to no support. The course is entirely done through PDFs. There were videos when I signed up but they were quickly removed with no reasoning. As a visual learner, this made the instruction much more challenging and if I had known this when I signed up, I would have chosen another program. The work itself is what you would expect from a software engineering bootcamp. I finished the program and did not receive any kind of certificate. There is no job support...they offer a job board but all the jobs listed on it are way out of reach for someone that doesn't have a traditional degree or years of experience. When I reached out about this I got the same robotic response over and over again. It's not been 7 months and I still have zero job prospects. This is by far the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. If you want to learn software and get no credentials, I recommend learning yourself from YouTube or the Odin Project. You'll end up with the same knowledge and same 'job readiness' that this scam program offers.

During my time as a Code Developer student at HyperionDev, I gained hands-on experience in software development through practical coding projects and real-world problem-solving exercises. I developed a strong understanding of programming fundamentals, debugging, and version control.

The whole experience of this bootcamp was made a little easier due to the videos accompanying task as one can see how a certain topic is done. And considerate for people who don't like reading.

I enrolled in the HyperionDev Web Development Bootcamp with high hopes of learning practical, industry-relevant coding skills. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be incredibly underwhelming.

The majority of the course material consists of static PDF documents — some of which feel like they were written years ago. There’s very little interactivity, no live instruction, and almost no real “learning by doing.” For something marketed as a “bootcamp,” the approach feels more like reading a textbook alone than actually being taught to code.

The curriculum technically covers topics like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Node.js, but the content is shallow, repetitive, and badly in need of modernization. Even the React section skips over current best practices, and the backend material barely scratches the surface. It’s more of a reading exercise than an immersive coding experience.

The grading and support system is equally frustrating. When a grader reviews your task and flags an issue, there’s no opportunity for dialogue — you can’t simply ask for clarification in-platform. Your only option is to schedule a mentor call, and you’re limited to eight calls per month. Over a six-month course, that’s 48 calls total — and they don’t operate on weekends or public holidays. On top of that, calls can only be booked between 5 a.m. and 4 p.m., which makes things nearly impossible if you’re working full time. You’re essentially forced to take time off work just to get basic feedback.

What’s most disappointing is how dry and unengaging the overall teaching style is — it completely misses the point of what makes web development exciting and intuitive. There’s no sense of progression, no active mentoring, and no real sense of collaboration or community.

I expected an up-to-date, interactive learning environment that builds real-world skills. Instead, I got a stack of outdated PDFs, a detached grading process, and a lingering feeling that I wasted both time and money.

If you’re serious about becoming a developer, look elsewhere. There are far better (and often cheaper) programs that actually teach through doing, not just reading.

EDIT: After posting this review, the company repeatedly contacted me — not to address my concerns or ask for details, but to offer me a 50% discount on another one of their courses, which I could use myself or give to a friend or family member. They assured me my feedback would be “passed along,” but made no effort to engage with or resolve the issues I raised. It’s baffling that, after such a disappointing experience, they thought the solution was to ask me to spend another £1,000 (half of their usual £2,000 price tag) on a similar course.

Through this bootcamp, I loved the challenge of problems and building programs as well as learning more about software engineering. What they did well was giving feedback on all task and if help is needed making it easier to understand and see how things work.

I have found HyperionDev’s bootcamp to be incredibly helpful and supportive. Despite the challenges of studying at another school simultaneously, the team provided me with the extra time I needed to complete my course successfully. Their understanding, flexibility, and encouragement made it possible to manage my studies without feeling overwhelmed. I truly appreciate the dedication of the instructors and staff in ensuring students can succeed even under stressful circumstances. I’m genuinely grateful for their support—it has made a real difference in my learning journey, and I will always remember the care and encouragement I received from HyperionDev.

The program is practical and outcomes-driven: from Python fundamentals to exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and supervised learning with scikit-learn. What helped most were the quick, detailed code reviews and clear rubrics—every submission came back with actionable notes I could implement immediately.
The projects (including a business-style capstone) pushed me to tell a story with data, defend my choices, and measure impact with metrics like precision/recall and ROC-AUC. I also appreciated the career-support touchpoints and the accountability of weekly milestones. If you’re serious about upskilling in data science and want a structured path that fits around work, HyperionDev is a strong, practical option.
