Very, very bad cleaning service, possibly scammers.
Very, very bad cleaning service. I hired the two ladies to do a start of tenancy cleaning, they saw the property and charged the standard fee for a two bedroom house.
After they claimed the job was done we visited the property. There were cobwebs and spiders in the corner of every ceiling, dust and dog fur (the landlord had 2 pugs) on the floor, in the kitchen cupboards and even in the freezer drawers and fridge.
When I told them I wasn't impressed with the job done they said they had to call an extra person to cleanup whatever possible, and they could have missed some parts here and there (there was so much to clean they said!... professionals right?).
To me they never entered the property at all.
It took me 10 minute to hoover up all the floors, hence they never ever did that.
Result is I paid money for nothing and have to cleanup again.
Stay away from them, money wasted.
