I don't usually write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to comment on the excellent customer service I received from Sara at Hydro Flask. There was a slight hiccup with my order, which was quickly resolved thanks to Sara's professional and kind communication. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome and I am over the moon. Would thoroughly recommend!

Got a couple of great water bottles on sale. Had a web issue where my order was duplicated by accident. Sara in their customer service responded quickly and I am very happy with the resolution!

I bought a coffee flask and micro hydro in November as Xmas gifts. They both arrived with blemishes so I emailed them and sorted a return. DPD says they delivered it back to them on 8/12. Still no update or refund on 6/01, other than a reply saying it takes up to 14 business days. I had to buy the flasks from another shop while waiting for the refund and one of those had a manufacturing defect again. The quality has gone downhill since I first purchased years ago and the customer service is bizarrely slow.

Had a small problem with one of my products I ordered, Sara did a fantastic job keeping me updated with any information. Fantastic products, will be ordering more when required.

Never buying from them again! I have emailed them several times and spoken with the delivery service DPD. I had arragned for the item to be collected from a DPD pick-up point near me to avoid my package from being stolen. To my surprise I got an email stating my package was ready for pick up but the code was not available in the email. The next day the package was sent back. I have emailed several times and I have not gotten a response. This was December 4th it is now January 5th! Still no response and I have not received a refund either.

I had an issue with a new Micro Bottle I purchased from HydroFlask. I received a prompt response from Sara, who helped me and made me happy. Thank you, Sara. I would recommend HydroFlask products, as I have been using them for years. Now, I am also pleasantly surprised by Sara from Customer Service.

Had manufacture defects on a Hydro Mini I purchased as a Christmas gift, which rendered it not useable. Carly came to my rescue and issued a replacement in lightning speeds. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Carly’s customer service. Thank you Carly

I ordered a bottle as a gift and it unfortunately arrived dented. Their customer service team was absolutely brilliant with providing remedies. The bottle I originally ordered became sold out but Alicia on their customer service team sent me out another bottle of my choosing. Not ideal but really great ways of dealing with issues that are completely out of their control.

I got a very quick and helpful answer from Sara. This allowed me to order the correct item. Very easy! Thank you!

Hydroflask provide products of exceptional quality and I received excellent service from Sara. Not only have a purchased a flask for myself, but have bought a few other items as gifts for others.

My 1st order and due to DPD issues I was angry enough to complain. Contacted customer service and was dealt with by Carly. Wow great service and resolution. The flask itself is so cute and feels great quality it's a gift for Xmas. My daughter will be so happy to recieve. I want one myself but due to ongoing issues with DPD I'm not keen pity really.
