I did an order they didn't charge me…fraud
I did an order they didn't charge me and I don't have the items either, I called hydroflash they told me is fraud. why they are not pushing to shut the website down !!!

I never received an email about my order, but I did notice my account had a charge in the exact amount. The website stated 7-10 business days for shipping, but I have yet to receive it as of day 11. I think the company is out of China because my charge says something about Shenghai. Pay regular price as now I will have to pay that too. 😡

Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE
This is a fake website but it seems convincing. My little sister ordered something and we had to call her back and get the charge disputed because it was fraudulent. Don’t order a hydro flask from any website except hydro flask.com. That is the real website and any of the other ones will be knockoffs or scams.

I agree......................it is a fake website. You can't even find it if you do a search. I don't know how we even got to it. Haven't gotten the product and it wasn't charged on our card either. WEIRD.
The website looks very real. There is an address in TEXAS if you go to the shipping tab. Maybe writing to them can get your money back or doing a search? Report to BBB!!

It's a fake website. They will continue to send you emails saying that your package will ship in 4-5 days. When I asked for a refund they refused to give it to me. Do not shop at this website.
