Got a water pump replaced with them, they advised a used part as new ones are too expensive, saying that it'd be roughly the same, for a total of 350. Everything went well however after 2 months, the water pump failed. At the time I was away on holiday so I had to change it in a very remote location, in emmergency. The new garage charged around 800, due to me not having a choice as otherwise I had to wait many days. I contacted them to get a refund on at least the failed part, no answer whatsoever... I suppose you could go if you have something not very sensitive to do like a service, but anything crucial, look for other options.

These guys are rubbish ….. over the phone he said for changing hybrid battery 6 month warranty and unlimited mileage when i went to the shop he said 25000 miles but dont worry it drives a lot. Then i decided to change because i haven’t work for few days.. Then time to pay money they forced me to pay cash 700 otherwise with card asked me to pay 800 then they gave me someone’s else account to pay. After 150000 miles hybrid battery signs came on then they give me false stories and after 4 weeks they replaced the battery with very cheap quality just tried to finished the 25000 miles warranty. Behaviour was very rude and bloody scammers be careful.

Got recommended by someone to go to them as I live 40 miles away from this garage to get the Hybrid Batter Replaced for my Toyota Prius Car. Over the phone guy told me he’s got the imported Japanese battery, he will charge me £600 and give me 1 year Warranty. I took his words and went there, they changed my batter, as they were changing the battery they said your car has some corrosion that need to be also fixed and we charge for that £250. After the hassle he finally asked to pay me £600 for Hybrid Battery plus corrosion fix £150. They replaced the battery, took my old battery and said all is fixed. As Soon as I got back to my own town the next day again battery replacement red triangle light come back on my dashboard indicating that battery problem again and need replacement. I called them and explain to them and they said over the phone it will be ECU you need to replace as well without investigating anything. I went to them again they said to me second time they said we change the battery and ECU need replacement as well. They changed the battery however, they said now we replaced a better quality battery and you should have no issue with it. Again after the this time battery was fine for 2 weeks and then red triangle light come back again, called them and I had to go back to them again as I have to travel 40 miles away, taking day off from work and also my kids did not go to school because of the car break down. Took again car to them and this time the guys said Its ECU which I bought for £180 and you need ECU as the main problem is ECU which lets battery drain out, I said that’s fine just get this replaced. Then he said I have replaced new battery and ECU replaced. This was my third time. Now as soon as I have come off the motorway after this third time hassle with these guys the battery signal came back again and I rang to them straight away and they again started making excuses, ohh something else is faulty in your car.
Frustrated and tired eventually 4th time I went and I asked them to give my old batter back and return my money back. The battery they gave me back was not my original one rather they gave me a battery of scrap and worn off. It completely gone and could not be changed by any garage. There was another garage next to them luckily I asked them to replace the batter as they charged me bit extra but they did a good authentic work.
I am writing all this as a warning to all who is thinking of showing their hybrid car to them. These guys are scam and complete fraud. They are also rowdy and rude Guys (Their ethnicity was Iraqi), liars, time waster, fraudster and cow boys. These guys cost me double the money I paid for battery in terms of not working the days. I had to go their garage and they lied to me covering up their mistakes and blaming other imaginary faults in my car and made money and on top they gave me faulty battery which was really dangerous for them to do. No experts, no experience just playing around. REALLY these are big FRAUDSTERS!! AVOID THEM ALL COST!!!

This garage is very expensive although they have lots of parts available Prices are depends on their mode not based on work. One gentleman is ok but other two are horrible, they will give you crazy prices for even small jobs

I was looking for a trustworthy garage to adress a few problems on my hybrid Lexus and i was lucky enough to find those guys that are very respectful and professional, they have dealt with the repair on the same day very fast & efficient, reasonably priced.
I was super impressed with their service and i ended up also taking my wife’s Bmw for a small repair.
Don’t hesitate to contact them and rest assured that you’re in safe hands.

Great garage especially for all hybrid motors . Mechanics are very knowledgeable, so they will solve every problem pretty quick . Reasonable pricing and helpful staff. 100% will come back to this place . Higly recommended.
