Great service from HWE. Who else wraps your notebooks in plain paper, hand-ties it with twine, then places the whole kit and kaboodle in a well-padded shipping envelope? Love the personal touch!

The site said my order was eligible for free shipping but kept adding it in the cart. I contacted them but never received a response. The reason I went through with the purchase anyway is because they had a limited amount of discontinued notebooks I wanted on sale.

I loved how quick they were to ship and how my product was packaged those personal touches are the best

I bought some washi tape as this was the only place I could find some with dachshunds on it. It arrived so quickly and I was kept up to date with the status of my order. When it arrived it was better than expected - they were packaged so carefully and cute. I even presented them as packaged to my friend who thought it was so cute even prior to seeing the tape. I would definitely purchase from this company again if I ever need anything else.

Beautiful Original Crown Mill correspondence cards which are not easy to find in my area. Box wrapped in old-fashioned brown paper and string and a sweet. How lovely and charming this is. I have been using the cute Brookfield notes for a few years and have a box in two locations in my home. The shop where I had previously purchased them no longer carries them, so I was happy to see I could get them on line.

I happened upon HWE when looking for a specific brand of stationery. HWE carried a complete line, and I encountered none of the "out of stock" messages that I experienced elsewhere. My order was expeditiously prepared and arrived wrapped in lovely handmade paper. I bookmarked this site and will return to explore more possibilities--and to replenish the items I just got.

Fantastic. The package was wrapped in brown paper like a gift and included a mini Twizzler candy plus a note. Loved it!

The gel pens I ordered arrived well-packed. However, one of the pens I received was the wrong color, and while I did reach out to HWE customer service, I have yet to hear back. Some of the ink levels were also a bit less than I was expecting of brand new pens.

Beautiful notebooks. Great service. A suggestion: not to use UPS for Canadian deliveries, $30 US dollars brokerage charge not including duty/taxes.
