Gang of scammers.

All advertisement on huurstunt.nl are sending you to another site where you also need to pay for subscription to view the advertisement details (often you get transferred to an offer which is not even available anymore).

How much of that scammed money do they pay you for having over 4 stars on trustpilot.com?

scam like most other websites, not to mention you have to pay 2 months after you canceled your service

It is a good platform that collects advertisements posted on other websites. Although you have to pay here and then on the other website as well, so kind of an expensive way to go. I know there are many other similar sites, so not a huge complaint, this is simply how things work in The Netherlands I guess. Only 4 stars because they did not notify about renewing my subscription and I forgot to cancel it after finding an apartment (not through this website). Other sites do that so it would be nice here as well.

as soon as you see something on this website its usually already been reacted to by over a hundred people depending on your location.

I've sent out dozens and dozens of reactions and not heard back once except with automated emails from some housing corporations with the means to respond to all reactions that unfortunately i wasn't picked.

Very expensive waste of money with a nasty habit of not taking your payments and then threatening you with collections.

However, the customer support lady was extremely patient and friendly and while I still had to pay what in my opinion was a huge waste of money for months of unused service (still figuring out if it was my fault for forgetting or theirs for not sending any updates) it's hard to stay mad when someone is that understanding and patient and cheerful through it all.

Huurstunt guys, please give her a raise. by far the friendliest customer support person i've had to deal with in a while and due to moving house this month i've been dealing with a lot!

for anyone wondering I found my new place via my property manager who we pay rent to. luckily they own an apartment complex and put us down on the waiting list. Depending on who you pay rent to this may also be an option people haven't explored.

Very good ands useful

This is one of the clearest and informative rental websites I have used so far. It has actual links to the landlord site and people actually respond to you. Definitely has more availability and variety then some other rental sites.

The fact that the agents usually don't reply to you is not Huurstunt's fault, but the agency's.

Let me add, for many places the link forwards you to Kamernet. For a paid premium account, one would expect to be able to get the contact of every advertised place, i.e. not to go to another site where you have to pay for another subscription.
On the other hand, it is good that it summarizes places that are not necessarily advertised through them.

A big plus is a free premium account for 14 days during which you might get lucky and find a place!

Very good and eficient

I recommend the trial version, considering its potential effectiveness compared to other websites.

Even without subscription I am able to see all of the offers and still regularly receive emails. Sometimes it is possible to contact the landlords directly when their website is displayed, very handy.
