Few issues with the quality. Always my favourite but standards have slipped! I’ve reviewed this company before and…
I’ve reviewed this company before and I’ve been wearing only this brand for the past four years so this isn’t because I don’t love them at I adore them for comfort and style, both my daughters only wear these too. Sadly recently I’ve had a couple of issues with the quality (not sure if it’s a recent thing or just standards slipping) I appreciate they have a one year warranty however swimwear isn’t often worn the whole year (we travel a fair bit) and both my issues have fallen outside the warranty and they provide no further help. Given prices are increasing it’s a bit disheartening. One of my seersucker suits has stretched and lost its crinkle leaving it saggy and obvious colour difference (they are one size I’m a size 10) it’s become see- through now in that area so can’t be worn. The other one my daughter’s white trim has turned yellow - this was replaced by Hunza but the same thing happened to the replacement it seems to react to pool water. Im reviewing only to inform people as i expected better. Still love the brand and haven’t found anything as comfy but i just sadly don’t expect them to last very long anymore. I wash as per instructions and they are kept in the dust bags.

Only one of five items was delivered
Only one of five items was delivered, despite several emails on my part no action has been taken other than to imply that I am lying and that the order was complete. I did not sign for the parcel it was posted through the letterbox and was incorrect. I assumed the other items would follow, they have not and I have been informed that the matter is closed. It is my understanding that the onus lies with you to prove not only that the items were sent but also that they were delivered which they were not. This is grossly unfair and disappointing from a well respected company. The response from customer service has been patchy, slow and my order remains unfilled to the tune of nearly £500 !

Worth the hype
I love hunza g! I’ve got several of their styles and they always feel and look so great on. They’re flattering and comfortable but also timeless. Customer service is fantastic too which is the cherry on top.

We actually have two separate returns portals - one for domestic orders and one for international orders. If you’re using the wrong one for your region, it won’t allow you to proceed, so that may well be the reason you’re running into difficulty.
As long as you’re within the return window, you should have no issues once you’re in the correct portal. Could you double check you’re using the right one for your location?

The best swimwear for all ages
Being an older lady I really appreciate the shape of the cover up one pieces. My swimsuit is very comfortable and I wish you did the square neck, cover up, in orange which is a colour I wear a lot, also with the white trim, hope you will get more of that shape in bright blue, I am on the list to be told when it is stock. The order came very quickly and was beautifully wrapped. Altogether a lovely product. My daughter has one of your swimsuits which is how I heard about your company.
