Very poor support experience.

Very poor support experience.

My Hydrawise controller (X2) is online but unusable due to a system error (“pending ownership transfer”). I cannot manage irrigation at all.

I have been trying to get support for over a week with no resolution. Responses are generic and do not address the real issue.

This is not a user problem but a system/backend failure, and the lack of proper technical support is unacceptable.

I expected much better reliability and service.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Having problems with controller will keep going offline even though it shows full bars from mesh router 20 ft. from controller. Customer service says that is to far away and that it needs to be 10 away. That is total BS.

Hunter Pro programmers have no local…

NO LOCAL SERVICE
Hunter has no Hunter Pro contractors that understand how to program their Hunter Pro-C unit.
If you have a problem, there is no one to call, including Home Depot where I bought the unit. Home Depot informed they have no person or company that can program this unit. Sadly I have to remove the brand new Hunter unit and now spend money to buy a Rainbird, which I should have done in the first place:(

Top client service from Hunter

Top client service from Hunter. I admit that I was skeptical at first. I had an X2 controler and I purchased a ‘wand’ to make it WiFi compatible. It didn’t work. So I bought another one and still didn’t work. I was irate. I contacted hunter support and after a few emails, they sent me a brand new WiFi controler, the PRO-HC, free of charge. 450$ value. They owned up, which is why I don’t hesitate to give them a 5 star rating for this interaction

BTT irrigation controllers are rubbish…

BTT irrigation controllers are rubbish - app connects to controller but when you go to open and set watering, it looses connection!!!!!! New batteries and router vertually next to it but still no!! Going back to my previous contollers Behive! 👎

Senior citizen abuse

Poor customer service when all I need to do is to have them reset their de ice so I can program it. Been put on hold for HOURS. Been dropped, transfered and dropped again. Filed. BBB complaint but Hunter doesn’t care. Senior and elderly abuse

Technical support done through emails only!

I purchased a command center for my irrigation system. I am having an issue that is not covered in the manual.

I tried to contact technical support, but it seems everything is done through email.

This is going to take a long time to get resolved.

Save yourself, the effort and time. Do not purchase in any hunter or X core product.

This company offers no support

This company offers no support for their products. They have no phone contact on their website, and their email ticket system appears to not be responsive. They have a note in their email that says "Hunter appreciates your business and places high importance on answering emails within 5-7 business days." Its been 3 weeks and still nothing.
