Placed an order for some parts (that I was told were in stock and would ship in 2-3 days) missing from a fan I purchased and a week and a half later, still no parts and no information as to why the order hasn't been processed/fulfilled. Hold times to speak to someone are completely ridiculous (30+ minutes) and then you get the same mumbo jumbo about we will escalate it and email you.. Terrible service!
Took credit card information and keep getting ERROR codes. Tried several times...no luck. Tried my wife's credit card...also no luck. Then I researched it and found out "hunterfans.shop" is questionable if not a scam. Perhaps they are phishing for credit card information?? Time will tell, but our Capital One credit cards are very secure (we see every purchase via a text.)
