Absolutely Horrible Customer Service – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I have been trying to get a refund for my order for several weeks now, without any success. The jersey I received was significantly smaller than the stated size, making it unusable.

Unfortunately, customer service has been no help at all. Dorte from the support team keeps sending the same repeated response, stating that she cannot assist me because I did not take photos of the jersey. No alternative solution has been offered, and there has been no real attempt to resolve the issue or support me as a customer.

It is incredibly disappointing that a brand like Hummel shows such little care once a problem arises. Instead of helping, I feel like I have to fight just to get my money back.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will not shop here again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I'm rather surprised to find so many comments of how comfortable Hummel shoes are.
It must have been the most uncomfortable and stiff pair of shoes I ever had. I was in so much pain hoping shoes would adjust to the foot like others do but no. They were so painful I threw them out after a couple of weeks. Disappointed. I thought I try a brand for a better shoe experience.

My account was blocked without giving any reason. When I asked about the problem, I never got an answer. My money is gone too.

I am Danish and I hate the fact that we use this in sports, Hummel is so boring and outdated to look at. Very boring clothes...

Avoid avoid avoid!

Ordered a pair of shoes, they gladly took my money, 3 weeks later, nothing arrived, no notification of shipping, and no response from customer service (calls and emails). Will be disputing the transaction, of course.

** EDIT - two weeks on - still nothing from HUMMEL, they are ignoring emails and contact forms, and I have begun disputing the transaction. Beware!!!

Nylon Wallet. Fundamental flaw with this product: When you put notes (cash) and credit cards in the wallet, the velcro does not align - even if you only put in one or two cards and a little cash. It is astonishing that this slipped through quality control.

I ordered one leggings, sports bra and short socks. All came super fast (the 3rd day after ordering). The material is super soft and comfortable to wear, and very nice design.
I am very satisfied.

I ordered a couple of tops, which came about a fortnight later and I did not like them at all. They were a very poor fit. Returns were free, so I followed the returns procedure and got a refund for the cost of both tops, but not the initial delivery charge, which they are legally obliged to reimburse under distance selling regulations. I informed them of this and after my third or fourth email finally received the delivery charge refund. I fear that they are trying to diddle everyone out of this. I have had a similar experience with many other online retailers too. Beware!

I’m not at all surprised about the amount of bad reviews left for Hummel, not even a little bit surprised, please don’t buy any of their products, they are very badly made and will fall to bits after only a handful of uses, if you contact them about it you will receive awful customer service and be told to try and glue the item back together yourself, horrendous, avoid at all costs, stick to the other big brands that made quality items and provide good customer service, Hummel are a waste of time and completely amateur.
