Let's be honest - I chose the humisordiscount because of the price deal. 20% off the humidor is a really great deal. But even though they offer such a good price deals, their service is fantastic; I had no problems at all, and delivery arrived in a reasonable time, even though it was half the world apart (Europe -> Australia) all well packed for this long trip. I have not tried their customer service for any problem solving, but giving the impression I've gotten so far - there shouldn't be any issue I think. Recommended!

I ordered the Adorini, Modena Deluxe humidor and was happy with the quick turnaround to Canada. The shipping time was far faster than expected but I wish I had known in advance how much duties would cost. It was not completely unreasonable so I have no regrets. The item was well packaged and was not affected by shipping. As an item, the Modena Deluxe is a beautifully crafted classic piece. I am happy with all of the details of the item and the high quality. I would recommend picking up a cedar tray to go along with this piece, I found it very handy.
