Arron and the team did an excellent job transforming our built-in utility room. From the start, Arron was incredibly knowledgeable and talked me through all options, helping us make the right choices for the space we had based on exactly what I wanted!

All of the lads were professional, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. The quality of the finish is fantastic, and they always left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day, which I really appreciated.

They were also extremely trustworthy — I often had to leave keys while I was at work and had complete peace of mind doing so. Communication throughout the project was really good, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble, even when I kept adding extra little jobs along the way!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

They were professional, punctual, tidy, consultative and the type of people you feel really comfortable being in your house. You can just leave them to get on with things and they will check with you if they need to check something. Highly recommended

We had panelling and flooring installed in two rooms and couldn’t be happier with the end result!

From start to finish the workmanship was outstanding and the end result looks fabulous. The team at Humber and Co were punctual, tidy, and took real pride in the details. Both rooms have been completely transformed and feel so much more polished.

I’ve had an incredible experience with Humber and Co, who completed my new bathroom, utility room and large kitchen all within 8 weeks. The quality of workmanship is superb – every detail has been finished to a very high standard.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, communication throughout was excellent, and the whole team were friendly, professional and reliable. Everything was well organised and clearly explained, which made the entire process stress-free.

We wanted to give our existing en suite a makeover incorporating a Porcelanosa Xtone , re-position the toilet and upgrade taps and wash-basins.
We approached many companies , however Arron at Humber &Co was the only company to reply (working with Xtone is difficult). Arron and his team are such a solid group of guys, both diligent and capable.
Communication,commitment to making a good job and customer satisfaction are all excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Humber & co. undertook my kitchen and bathroom refit. From the start, I was put at ease by Aaron's professional approach. He took the time to understand what mattered to me and offered advice which meant that I ended up with both rooms surpassing my expectations. His team are all polite, warm, respectful. Any concerns I had were dealt with efficiently and always with a smile. I now have a stunning bathroom and a beautiful kitchen. I cannot recommend Humber & Co. highly enough - because the fitting is what makes the refit good...and they have done a really, really good job. If ever I need any type of refit or repurpose of space done, I will want Humber &Co. to do the work. If you have to wait to get them booked in, in my opinion, it's worth it.

Our bathroom had an install start date of Monday, 14th July 2025. We booked time off as we work nights. Right before the install was due to start I receive an e-mail telling me the install was being put back by two weeks due to other installs having missing/broken parts. We were unable to move our booked annual leave so we have no choice but to just grind through it, after all it’s only two weeks right. Wrong. The actual install took three weeks and two days because Humber are installing other bathrooms/kitchens at the same time as ours. We were absolutely exhausted by the end of it, living on just 3 hours sleep on some days after work. Humber & Co don’t really seem interested in the effects on their customers when moving install dates around and taking much longer than expected to complete their jobs. In summary you will get a lovely bathroom but the process of installation is not always a pleasant one.

Old bathroom completely ripped out and a brand new one put in place. Extremely happy with the work, professional, fantastic attention to detail and makes sure the job is done right as well as timely. Very happy with all parts of my bathroom and couldn't rate enough. Will be using in the future with work needed. Thank you

An initial pre-install survey took place and we were informed verbally the renovation would take up to 2 weeks, however could be less due to the size of the bathroom (size is 2m X 2.5m).

The install was booked with a 10 week lead time, however Humber informed me the install would need to be postponed by 3 weeks of the original start date with only 2 working days notice, via email.

The first day of the install went well and the bathroom was fully ripped out. But then things progressed slower than expected and by the following Monday the bathroom still wasn’t fully plastered. Humber informed me the delays were from two walls being taken back to stud, but this was discussed during the survey and was expected due to the bathroom previously being fully tiled.

We did express our frustration to Humber regarding the works during the first week, as it was clear the renovation was going to exceed the planned 2 weeks.

By the end of the second week, the appliances were installed however I was unable to use the shower as the waste pipes outside still weren’t connected. A visit the following Monday would have allowed me to use the shower, but Humber cancelled and pushed it back to the next day. The waste pipes were eventually connected with a visit lasting only two hours, I couldn’t use the shower for 4 nights prior to this and I feel this could have been completed sooner.

The bathroom was ready to use during the 3rd week, however the shower did leak on two different occasions with a further visit required to rectify the missing sealant.

The snagging process then started and was a smooth process, although the snags did consist of rough plaster, lumps in grout, gaps in beading and missing sealant. We also experienced very low pressure from the hot water tap which was due to a twisted flexi-hose.

Start date: Monday 14th July
Finish/sign off date: Monday 11th August

The Humber team were clean, professional and very polite when entering the property. The craftsmanship of the work post snagging is good. However, they were late on occasion and there were several cancelled visits within very short notice, or no notice at all until I asked for confirmation. The install should have lasted 2 weeks, but instead took over 3 weeks until the bathroom was fully functioning with a further week for snagging.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Humber and Co as I feel the service that was initially advertised during the pre-install survey isn’t the service that I was provided with. Unrealistic expectations were set and it made the install difficult to plan our lives around.

Excellent service from start to finish. Prompt response for initial quote and good communication prior to start date. The team are professional and friendly and the work is of a high standard. They talk through all options giving good advice whilst still being flexible and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Just had our bathroom done by Arron and his team and we are absolutely delighted! Throughout the project they were clean, respectful and talked me through each step. The quality level on the bathroom has been done to the highest standard, where we can’t fault it. Arron and his team went above and beyond throughout the project, so with that in mind we will be using these guys going forward for all different jobs around the house.

Humber and co have just finished stripping out and replacing tiles and units in an old shower room. The work was done quickly and to a high standard by friendly and helpful fitters.

Just had a new bathroom fitted by Arron and his team.
Really happy with the finished bathroom anything I wanted the guys sorted for me.
All worked really hard and always left everything clean and tidy.
Cannot fault the work, all done to a high standard.

Arran and his team did an absolutely brilliant job in fitting our new bathroom, we also asked him if he would fit an en suite bathroom at the same time, Arran did not hesitate at our request.
We were told what work would be carried out, how long it would take and everything was completed on time.
Most of the work was carried out while we were at work ourselves, I totally trust Arran to be left unattended in your home.
