Klantenservice onbestaande

Televisie besteld aan een heel voordelig tarief via bol.com uiteindelijk een batterij voor een motor ontvangen. Op geen enkele manier reacties gekregen op email en via de chat op hun website enkel een zin dat we bol moesten contacteren. Dit is pure oplichterij...
Moest ik nu gewoon de reactie gekregen hebben dat ze een fout gemaakt hebben met de prijs zou ik er geen problemen mee gehad hebben dat mijn bestelling geannuleerd werd maar niet bewust andere dingen opsturen waardoor ik nog meer lopingen mee heb om het retour te sturen.
Klantenservice heel onvriendelijk en nauwelijks aanwezig!
