DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered a Carhartt backpack in August, never received it and cannot get a refund despite sending over 30 emails. Have reported to Trading Standards to hopefully save others from being scammed.

No response after 2 months of waiting

Arrived at the poor reviews after searching if problems with HUH store. Clearly, yes. 2 months of waiting and being told stock on order (after showing in stock on site) Jack, the one response that was not automated apologised and said still on order. My order was placed mid-August. since then no response to emails after asking for a refund. Not sure what to do if no money in HUH. Website address active but no site.

Avoid Huh Store - utterly dishonest

I placed an order with Huh Store in May 2025, spending over £200 on clothing.
Five months later, nothing had arrived. Despite repeated emails and attempts to contact “Jack”, I received no refund and no explanation.

In the end, I had to open a chargeback with my bank just to get my money back. Huh Store even disputed the chargeback, despite still not having sent the items; a move that tells you everything about how this business operates.

This week my bank confirmed the case is closed in my favour. After months of being ignored and misled, I finally have my money back, no thanks to Huh Store.

My advice: avoid this company completely. The way they treat customers is deceptive, evasive, and unacceptable.

I don't know how Jack sleeps as night.

Awful company

Awful company, ordered a pair of Jeans back in September, no updates on shipping etc - never turned up and still waiting. Emailed multiple times, only got automatic responses, really disappointing as they look legit! Completely avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would. Feels like the whole storefront is a scam. Item never arrived despite ordering months ago & no hint of a way to get a refund.

No communication throughout despite multiple emails.

Stay away.

Ordered cargos which hadn’t been sent after a month, so requested a refund.

DO NOT SHOP HERE

DO NOT SHOP HERE. A total scam. I ordered a bag because it was offered on a sale price at HUH and cheaper then anywhere else. The order was placed over two weeks ago and it has still not been shipped, communication is terrible - just automated email responses when trying to get information. I have not started a refund process yet but based on the other reviews here I'm expecting that to be a painful process.

REPORT THIS COMPANY AND JACK LOWE

For those like me who have fallen victim to Jack Lowe’s fraudulent antics. Please report the conduct of this “company” and its director to trading standards to shed light on their conduct. This business needs to be shut down and its director be held accountable for its unethical and illegal conduct.

Ordered an item “ Order #133873” 10…

Ordered an item “ Order #133873” 10 months ago still nothing. I’ve emailed but nothing other than automated response. There still selling the item to this day on there site. I will be reporting them to trading standards after this and urge anyone else to who’s experienced the same thing to do so. They can’t keep taking peoples money and not delivering.

Avoid at all cost

I placed an order in August and still have not received my item or received a refund after many emails. Soon after ordering I received an email saying there was a delay of 7/10 working days. This time elapsed and I contacted them again. They are slow to respond, if they actually do as many of my emails have not had a response. I’ve contacted my bank regarding this. Would absolutely avoid at all costs.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Terrible service, ordered from here many years ago and exact same experience - no customer service, terribly long delivery dates that are constantly being extended and no information on what is actually happening. They’re clearly holding onto money and going through financial problems as not willingly giving people their money back. Looks like things haven’t changed in all these years but luckily I could do a chargeback and get my money back no problem, I advise everybody to do that if you haven’t got your money back already.

I ordered a bag well over a month ago…not arrived

I ordered a bag well over a month ago and was emailed to say that there was a delay in the delivery and that I could expect it 10 days later - that time has passed by a long way and no one is replying from customer services. As of today, the site is also down - awful, awful services - they've essentially stolen £100+ from me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

Clearly a scam company. Avoid

Clearly a scam company. I've been waiting 22 days for my order to arrive. No communication from this company other than automated email responses promising lots and delivering nothing. They hook you in with discounts but once they've got your money that's when they tell you they don't have the product you ordered and it will be 5 to 7 business days before they get it. All lies. I've started a chargeback with my bank. Fingers crossed I get my money back. Avoid, avoid, avoid
