Terrible quality and service

The price and quality at Hugo Boss is all off. They charge premium prices, but the quality does not match. Out of the 10 items I bought, almost half have become unusable.
Customer service is also absolutely terrible if anything goes wrong.
After this experience, I will never go back.

Hugo Boss watches are awful quality

Hugo Boss watches are awful quality. Had one for seven months the print on the bezel worn away, ruining the whole look of the watch. Sent it back and was told it was wear and tear. And it would cost £170 to repair. Not good 😐 very poor.

Reposting my review because Hugo Boss customer service are awful to deal with.

Reposting my review, also includes the response from Hugo to contact them to correct the issue with the poorly made items. Their response was from 26 August. I contacted them as per the response. They are still yet to contact me to discuss.

Poorly made Hugo and Boss underwear
Hugo and Boss underwear, do not waste your money. These items are very poorly made, and fall apart after 1-2 wears. For $70-$80 for 3 pairs, you are better to buy Calvin Klein. Calvin Klein underwater wear are made better and last much longer.

The customer service is awful to deal with, due to being a large company they do not care about the people that buy there products. Even if you are a loyal customer. No replacement offered, their customer service just offered a 10% discount on my next order.

Buy Calvin Klein underwear, it’s a better product and will last much longer.

Shirts are not good for their price

I purchased a Hugo Boss T-shirt recently and was left unimpressed. Despite the hefty price tag, the material feels uncomfortably stiff, and after just a few washes, the color began to fade slightly.

I expected superior quality to justify the cost, but instead, I found myself questioning the value proposition of high-end branding over genuine durability and comfort. just 3 or 4 washing and that looks badly

Purchased 2 BOSS shirts

Purchased 2 BOSS shirts. One had a price tag of $129.00 the other had a price tag of $89.00.
When I paid at the register the prices changed and went from $129.00 to $149.00 and the other shirt went from $89.00 to $99.00. The clerk did NOT inform me of the price change. I failed to check the receipt at the store but until I got home to notice the increase. I called that afternoon and was told to call in the morning to speak with the manager. They said I have to come in to make the correction. The next day after an hour and a half ride back. Took a look at the same shirts on the rack and still had the reduced price on them. This is their way to avoid paying tariffs and passing it on to the consumer. BUYER BEWARE ! Check your receipts BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

Fro. High quality to street market rubbish

For over 25 years Hugo Boss was my go to company for clothes. In the last 3 years the quality has diminished immensely. The woollens come apart, the tee shirts are thin and poor in shape. The last time I bought a jumper I returned it with the comment, "this is more primark than HB". I wasn't joking

Worst customer service

Worst customer service - doesn’t match high price tags. I tried to return an item bought online. This was an impossible process via a Yeep app which didn’t work. I tried phoning Hugo Boss lots of times but no one answered. The WhatsApp chat bot is useless. I emailed customer service and am still waiting for a reply after nearly two months.

I went into the Boss store located in the Bellevue Square Mall, in Bellevue, WA.

I was attentively assisted by Assistant Store Manager Fardin. He was very accommodating and extremely helpful in assessing the correct size for the 2 shirts and sport coat I selected and ultimately purchased.

Excellent experience and customer service which distinguished itself from other clothing stores I frequent.

Hugo Boss is terrible with customer support.
If you return something purchased online you have to wait (24 Days) almost a month. They call it a process, I call it poor management. Most companies will refund your money in 10 business days. I’m sure David Beckham does not wait 24 days to be paid for being a brand ambassador. This is my last purchase.

Boss crap

Bought a 5 pack of boxer shorts. 1st pair I put on had a hole in the front. Not what I was expecting for £69 I expected a bit more than market quality from a company of such stature. But I was wrong even boss are over rated over priced substandard absolute garbage. Then you have to run the gauntlet of customer services. That is a whole new level of ignorance. They have had your money they aren’t bothered about you they they palm you off to the sell even though it is there inferior substandard useless product. Never again will I waste a penny on Hugo boss.

Help with ORDER

I placed an order on July 12. There were no notifications about the shipment. They constantly ignored me on WhatsApp, after a couple of days they wrote back and promised to send me an email. I waited a few days and called them and only then did they give me a clear answer that they had a problem with the website. And now I ask you to send it faster because I am getting married on the 20th and the pants for the suit that we bought have not arrived. Please send them to me as soon as possible.
