called at 9 am this morning and he was there within the hour, fixed a long standing lock problem on our UPVC door that had got worse in past few days, lovely job and very reasonable price

When I discovered I’d lost all the keys to our holiday let caravan he was with us within the hour and was inside the van with new temporary locks fitted all round within 30 minutes, despite a very awkward lock.
He was back as promised the next day with the correct size locks and had them fitted in no time at all👍
He went way over and beyond what I expected, even coming back the following day to clear a blocked gutter and downpipe free of charge, and fitted another lock on our loft apartment with no call out fee😁
All that after charging less than he had initially quoted, which was already extremely competitive. Superb value.
What a brilliant guy, genuine, skilled, honest and reliable, you can’t ask for more.
I’ll definitely be using him again if I have any future lock issues.
