No Customer Service - Too Difficult to work with!

There is no Customer Service number and they never respond by email for questions. They have a place to ask a question on their website, but it always goes unanswered. I do not recommend their services at all. The platform is very difficult to use. Their pricing is difficult to understand because you have to purchase segments instead of straight text messages. This is confusing because it looks like you are paying more for text messages than they claim you are in their advertising. I do not recommend this company since, if you have any issues with their platform, you have to figure it out on your own or you will waste a lot of money.
