Had a clogged shower and toilet…

Had a clogged shower and toilet yesterday. Contacted HTJ via chat (live person), got a booking for early Monday. Brian from Karup arrived at 7.50 and did a very professionel camera check of the sewer-pipes. Located the issue, did a powerclean of the shower drain, and solved the issue at first try. A quick clean after the visit, and our house is fully operational again. Brian was very friendly and forthcoming, and solution minded.
Very impressive service and speed.

Anders saved my day and night

Anders saved my day and night! My sink was overflowing with dirty water nonstop and was spilling all over the floor. It was 6 in the evening. He arrived within 1 hour and fixed the problem very fast. I am very happy and grateful.
