First of all the platform is a data geek's magical wonderland. I'm only new and don't understand it all yet, but I'm becoming an enthusiast. Mat and Alex give exceptional customer service (and I don't say that lightly), they understand the data at a deep level and are generous with sharing their knowledge. HtAG is very reasonably priced and I will be a customer forever.

I have been a member for just over 3 weeks and have been spending hours every single day on their platform, trying to find the best areas for my clients. I've tried multiple tools now and this is the first one I've felt like reviewing so hopefully that says a lot.

The data is extensive and they go above & beyond with their service. Alex (the co-founder) has spent an inordinate amount of time emailing me to ensure I am interpreting the analytics accurately.

HTAG provides great data that you can interrogate in your own way. That is the key. You are not forced to accept a limited range of information without the ability to use it in context as happens in other platforms.

I am very impressed with this website. Although it wasn't the easiest to get into, the support team was on hand to guide me through it and show me how it's done. I have now shortlisted some suburbs where to buy a property for my SMSF, and even my broker was impressed with my research.

Mat and the entire HtAG team are great! Such professionals. I have been their subscriber for years now, but only recently have I taken up Mat's 'suburb selection' service—fantastic! The reports generated by Mat were specific and related to my circumstance. This is a clear stand out to the existing industry reports that only provide high level explanations on suburbs which I could rarely use to make decisions. The great thing about Mat's reports is that they come with an explanatory video, access to the platform and a one on one call. Having so many points of contact, you really get to understand the risks and opportunities of your circumstances and the areas that suit your strategy the best. Needless to say, my mind was at ease. Would highly recommend HtAG and Mat's suburb selection service to anyone.
